I would suggest you to boycott your country and don't get insurance. You can't go against principle of allah so better you fight back and doesn't matter even they put you in jail. Allah will get you out from jail by anyhow and if he can't then may be he want you be in jannat

You see.. love or human desires controls the emotions of someone as if they're being manipulated,
Love or personsal interest blinds us from the truth that we are a servant of Allah (SWT) and that we shouldn't question

Some even say that love is an illusion
Does that mean love or personal desires is illogical and something to avoid?
That's interesting, but not really right😄, love is not an illusion and no, it's not illogical, the same applies to our personal desires,
you see, Allah put these things into us, the sentence 'love is an illusion' is simply used by people who do not wish to see the positive side of life and do not wish to develop the mindset, they do not belive in love because they can't get a hold of it, and they cannot get a hold if it because they are blocking themselves with their negative ideologies, but to say that love and desires control us, it is not quite true, you see, Allah gave us these emotions, love and desire being two of these many emotions, but he also gave us a brain and a free will, now, I can either use my head, emotional intelligence and my self restraint, or follow something blindly and let the hormones take over my thinking, you know, there is a difference between "love" and "infatuation" (search it up, it's really interesting!), some people fall into infatuation and they mistake it for love, but yeah, to make it short; 'love and desires are completely okay and no, they are not illogical, in fact, thy are a gift from Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala, in fact, it simply shows that you received mentally and physically healthy, but on the other hand, we should use our brains and intelligence and not jump into someone's arms as soon as we see them',
Love is a wonderful thing, when you actually find the right person, they will help you get closer to Allah swt, true love will never blind you from being a servant of Allah,
Allah talks about the relationship between spouses, that it should contain love, respect, happiness and kindness, so yeah, Allah crated love and desires and gave us intelligence to use them😊. I ain't a scholar or anything but I sure hope that this was a little helpful ^^

In a situation where no takaful insurance is available, How can we enable a Muslim to purchase conventional insurance?
so the main reason why Muslims don't buy insurance is the involvement of interest and the element of gambling which I don't completely agree with because we are paying for an assurance that X amount will be paid on the happening of Y event. Even though the principle of insurance works on probability I find it difficult to associate it with gambling as a pure test of luck but the benefit received by the beneficiary can be used for their further sustenance. So in a way, a life insurance policy is bought with good intent, unlike gambling. From my understanding, if we see this as a product of security, we can rule out the element of gambling if we focus on the intent. If the insurance companies disclose their investment policies and if these are not against the beliefs of Islam (Halal Investment) can it permit Muslims to buy a policy from a conventional insurance company?
Islam is a beautiful religion that gives the most care to Falah. Does buying a conventional insurance policy if the company is involved in halal investment contribute to the welfare of Human being in society?

Unorganised finance bussiness is any how banned by the government so banking insurance and mobile phones and all other modern inventions doesn't fall under the Quran and the scholars of Quran should keep neutral to all those human beneficial organisations run by government. the government says alcoholism / sextrade / drugs / tobacco are harmful as principle but also regularise the consumption/practice so quran can speak against those without any restrictions and advise all humans to keep away.

The family were able to provide the authorities with an official birth certificate proving Arzoo was 13, and they sought legal representation from Aid to the Church in Need to challenge the marriage’s validity.
On October 27, however, Arzoo appeared before the high court and gave evidence confessing that she had recited the Islamic proclamation of faith.
The court then issued an order validating the marriage, declaring that the 13-year-old had freely consented to her conversion and marriage:
“The petitioner initially belonged to the Christian religion. However, after the passage of time, the petitioner understood and realized that Islam is a universal religion and she asked her parents and other family members to embrace Islam but they flatly refused,” the court said.
“Subsequently she accepted the religion of Islam before the religious person of Madressah Jamia Islamia. After embracing Islam, her new name is Arzoo Faatima; per learned counsel petitioner contracted her marriage to Azhar of her own free will and accord without duress and fear.
The court also criticised the police for “harassing” Arzoo after her reported abduction and said that the authorities must now “provide protection to the newly wedded wife.”
The young girl was then escorted away by the police with the Muslim family, who will again appear in court on November 11.
Her parents were filmed outside the court begging to see her daughter. “Arzoo, come to your mama,” her mother Rita implored. “He will kill you.”
Arzoo’s mother and father have both lost their jobs following their daughter’s abduction and they have reportedly received threats from the family of Ali Azhar.
According to UCA News, Samson Salamat, the Christian chairman of the interreligious Movement for Tolerance, denounced the court verdict:
“I am distressed and disappointed with the position taken by the honourable court. A sexual act with a minor is felony even if she is willing. The court has validated a rape despite the Sindh Child Marriage Restraint Act 2014 that punishes contractors of child marriage with up to three years’ imprisonment,” he said.
“Can a judge, an army officer or a Pakistani politician tolerate handing over their minor daughter to a middle-aged man. What is the future of minority girls in Pakistan? Our courts favour the powerful. We still don’t have strong calls from a joint minority platform on forced conversions.”
The case has sparked protests in Karachi and Lahore against forced conversions and marriages and Cardinal Joseph Coutts of Karachi called on Christians to protest again on October 28 against the abduction of Arzoo Raja.
The Church in Pakistan has also protested the similar cases of Huma Younus and Maira Shahbaz, two other Catholic teenagers who were abducted by Muslim men and subject to forced conversion and marriage which the courts validated.
Younus, now pregnant with her abductor’s child, was kidnapped aged 15 in October 2019 and, according to a petition by persecution.org, is currently “imprisoned in a single room in her captor’s home”.
Meanwhile, 14-year-old Maira Shahbaz was taken at gunpoint in April of this year but later managed to escape. Aid to the Church in Need have launched a campaign to grant her asylum in the UK because she is currently in “immediate danger” and is “hiding from extremists who accuse her of apostasy”.

It is fine thakaful is real beneficial but there is lot of uncertainty in world now as per the living culture.
How can Quran talk about some thing which was not in existence before 1500 years this is a new subject and even all the gulf countries do have insurance. Religion has no rights to speak about unknown factors.
