Thank you very much! I'm new to the hobby and I had no idea that there is the binding button on the drone. Previously, I had to push the binding button on the transmitter every time, but with your help I finally bound it once and for all.

Very nice review, I'll be upgrading from my present BetaFPV Cetus Pro setup to this Meteo65 Pro and an ELRS transmitter (the new Radiomaster TX12 ELRS version) very soon !
What did you do about goggles? Did you stick to the vr02 because im wondering if they work with the meteor65
I was really encouraged by your review as I have been wanting to get into ELRS. I bought the LiteRadio3 and the Meteor75 and they absolutely will not bind. How can I tell what versions of ELRS are in the TX and the quad's RX? Could they not be the same? So far, nothing but frustration and I am not much for flashing.
Your whoop is ELRS 1.0 while your transmitter is ELRS 2.0. Betafpv has updated the transmitter. That’s why they won’t bind. I guess the micro module is still ELRS 1.0, but you have to message betafpv to be sure.

Can’t believe it’s that easy and fast
HELP!!! I’m new to the FPV hobby and bought this drone as my first fpv whoop. After finally figuring out how to set up Beta Flight and hooking up this drone. I was trying to do the accelerometer calibration and I wanted to be sure everything was zeroed out. So, I clicked “reset default” thinking this takes me to zero… it does and it also erased the accelerometer and gyro.
Can someone send a link to a video that will help me get those items back? Please???
Once you have bound the controller and drone like he did on the vid is it ready to fly or do you need betaflight?

Hey i need some help! This my first tiny whoop and I am having trouble binding it. When I push the bind button on the drone it does nothing. Any tips or what am I doing wrong?

Now my dumb@$$ can get into elrs 😁 you are the man Justin!👍man I have been wanting to jump on the elrs train but was a little intimidated I know that pretty soon it's gonna be HD, elrs or crossfire ect ect and no more frysky type recievers beta stepped up big time yet again lookin out for us newbies lol this is the perfect combo too 👌 I'm loving the price for this radio especially being that I can bind and fly to anything with elrs on board and hassle free ahhhhh this is gonna be a wonderful year for rippin 😁👍✌completely off subject but I had a dream I was flying a nitro powered quad????? Im a noob and just got the meteor 65 and I cant figure out how to bind the lite radio 3 to it... i made sure that they're both elrs.

Is the flight time really 4 minutes as advertised ? It seemed that average flight from from the video is around 2 minutes or so =)
Got this combo and went looking for how to bind it. Can't wait till I get home to try. However, do you know how to bind thte BETA FPV goggles, too?
Nevermind. Figured it out
OK---figured out the goggles but I can't get mine to bind. It is the 2022 Meteor and not the Pro. I get the solid green light, but also blinking amber light and it does not work. Suggestions???
Check which ports it’s on in Betaflight. Try to switch until you get the right port. Should only be 2

I just got the 2 SE and the Meteor 65 in the mail and spent the entire day troubleshooting because it didnt work. How did it work out for you ?

Shit, mine is refusing to bind out of the box. Any tips here? I got exactly this pair.
The radio is ELRS 2.0 while your whoop is ELRS 1.0. Betafpv has updated the transmitter. That’s why they won’t bind.
@@WendysImpression Thanks! Yeah worth noting that all I needed to do was flash my board to the latest firmware and load the new CLI.
@@ksa8483 - I had to use my mac, as my PC refused to flash the board correctly with betaflght. If you drop your discord handle I can send you what betaflight support sent me and how I did it.
In the end it all works as it should but the idea that its push of a button to bind and you're good to go is an outright lie. I had to bind using CLI.

@@ChocoY0 yes, you have to update the fw on the radio...you have to be sure that radio and drone have a compatible Fw version and I remember to have solved doing the update on the radio...I don't remember if I did the update also on the drone
I just got a meteor 65 (not pro) would love to fly it but this flashing/binding is way over my head. The Cetus Lite flew out of the box. This is not fun.
