dude i love playing this game with the friend group, ESPECIALLY AGAINST FURRIES. in fact, here's a tip. Jump and then use your medkit and you'll be able to heal up and move at the same time. (i dont consider it bug abusing but rather a useful tech, since it allows you to reposition yourself and heal at the same time. although the main weakness is that you cant sprint while you do it)
