    Can you test LUVA Pureair fit please?
    It is expensive, FDA approved, but i find it sucks and noisy...
    Now only want to know whether it is working but lack of professional testing methods....

    Halo, may i ask about the ability of filtration of both air purifier? When i was looking for philips series it said that it can filtrate 0.003 um while xiaomi compact can filtrate 0.3 mikron. Philips claim can filtrate covid virus. Can you please explain about this? What is um and mikron means? And is that true that philips can filtrate covid virus?

    I'm wondering if it's possible to connect Xiaomi 4 compact air purifier to the app with the region "mainland China"? as most of my devices connect to it. And this purifier is a Global version as soon as i understand

    I thought Nanohepafilter is better because can filter smaller particel, is it not?

    Correction: the Xiaomi does *not* use a True HEPA filter. They don't even call it a HEPA filter, but "Xiaomi's High Efficiency Filter".
    They say it somehow filters just like a HEPA would, but that it's made of a different material and process that leaves larger gaps in the mesh, allowing for more air to pass through. How can they filter the same and have larger gaps at the same time? No idea.

    • @BB-zu2rx
      @BB-zu2rx ปีที่แล้ว

      Also the minimum noise level was different in the video than in the comparison table.

    • @Utrilus
      @Utrilus 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      It's because EPA filters are enough. It's a closed room and the device cycles the air. Throughput matters more then how efficient the filter is.
      HEPA starts playing a role when you're in a medical setting and you NEED the air that comes into the room to be clean, or the air that moves out to not be contaminated.

    • @andrebrait
      @andrebrait ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Also, some people said Xiaomi filters have a RFID chip in them and that the air purifier checks that, so 3rd party is never an option
