    Super awesome help! Thanks for doing this tutorial. It would be nice if Revit allowed you to select categories when saving the libraries.

    Your video is obviously helping me!! Thank you so much! You are so much better than my professor. Because of this quarantine, actually there is no difference between your video and online lecture 🤷‍♀️

    Hi Sir. MY FRIEND IS PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED PERSON. He is having one hand.. How can he able to use revit.. Is there any keyboard or any device specifically for one handed person?

      The way that technology is moving I would encourage your friend to use their hand for keyboard and try out eye tracking mouse solutions.

    Are you able to extract individual family configurations within a single family type into individual family RFA files? I currently have a family that has hundreds of family configurations and i would like to extract individual family RFA files instead of having one that contains all.

      why is it so? Can u explain more? Do u mean the exporting of Family OR System Family (wall etc)?

    • @AussieBIMGuru
      @AussieBIMGuru 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@DD-eq2bl I mean if you worked as a professional with another company (e.g. an engineer) and 'took' their content like this you are stealing intellectual property.
      Companies put much time into their systems, so to have it stolen is a problem should their competition get it and use it. It would be like buying a car and having someone walk up and drive off in it.
      I have known cases where companies discovered this happened (via JV or word of mouth/new employees bring their content back from the company) which lead to issues.
      If you want free content, just use resources that are actually free like RevitCity. It isn't great quality, but if people aren't willing to put in any time to build their content, it's what they deserve to use.

    Just don't do this with consultant models - you might find yourself getting sued or losing future work opportunities.

      @@DD-eq2bl By exporting the consultants model you are effectively stealing from the original author. Otherwise a handy tutorial 👍
