Hey bro, I just found your channel and it is A M A Z I N G! I'm an architecture student from Brasil, and your videos are being reeeeeally usefull and helping me to become a better student and ~ who knows ~ a better proffessional in the future. I just wanted to say thank you, I wish I could give you a hug because you are the best
I say this with all honesty, you are by far the best teacher I have seen in youtube, congrats for your work and thank you for sharing your knowledge with us!
I remember the good old days of Revit 2014. I asked my professor one day many many years ago... Steven - "Sir do you give a sheet if I set my titleblocks sheets with the Guide Grid Option Professor - ... dramatic pause since he was his first year teaching "Sheeeet son, why not" The moment he called me son.... I felt as if a new Revit Family was born..
Thanks for the very clear tutorial - I always find some new and useful things to learn - the guide grids and schedules to fill the data sheet where new. Maybe one little addition from my side... when printing or exporting to PDF - always set the zoom to 100% to ensure true scale printing. Setting 'fit size' almost alway causes the drawing to shrink a little to fit the outer line within the margins.
I usually work on 1/100 when i want to print i change the scale to 1/500.. but the problem is the scale of the dimensions and the texts of my model does not change how can i fix that?
how to put on sheet one separate wall panel ? (wood frame) .. separetly from all byilding ? .. for production later .. Top, front, sections for one wall separetly
HI BA! Thanks for the tutorial. However I have a question... I place the grid in the sheet, but im not able to snap to any of the elements in the view as you did! What im missing? Tks in advance
do you have a video on making fly throughs? those things are a mess! either they are grainy, or slow, or end up being like 15 Gigs of data for like a 20 second video. I would love to see if you have an easy way to deal with those. Great videos!

Hello sir I am an engineering student I need some help regarding this topic , could you send me the PDF copy of this file. It would be really helpful for me and I'd honestly appreciate it Thank you
Hi B.A. Awesome videos, awesome work, awesome content. I was searching for how to create multiple sheets with the some data already populated in the title block's labels/fields - and it got me here. So now a quick follow-up question: How to create multiple sheets with the same title block parameter's data? The only difference among those sheets would be a sheet number (they would be in sequence)? Can I somehow copy/paste already created sheets with filled title block labels?
You can achieve this my making a Shared Parameter for the label in the titleblock family, assign the label to read the shared parameter (in the family editor envir'n), then add the same shared parameter to the project file (Manage >Project Parameters >add), setting it under the Project Information category. Now you can fill the parameter's field by either clicking directly on the Titleblock family on the Sheet ("?" will appear at empty field, click on "?"), or going to the Mange tab > Project Information, scroll to find whatever you named the Shared Parameter. All labels will be (and now must be) same on all sheets.
