- Hyderabad Police Commissioner Sandeep Shandilya on Wednesday said, "If it is our mistake, then we will be the first to apologise...The case is under investigation.” This comes after Akbaruddin Owaisi, the brother of AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi, on Tuesday allegedly threatened a police inspector when he was asked to complete his rally in Hyderabad as per the Model Code of Conduct imposed in view of the November 30 assembly election in Telangana.
