I know that you go in store, but I’m curious to know if there could be any reason why Supreme hasn’t sent me a shipping confirmation email for my North Face Supreme Down Zip-Up Hooded Sweatshirt, which I ordered two weeks ago, in week 9. I’ve reached out to them multiple times, and they’ve consistently provided the same automated response, stating that they’re experiencing high order volumes and processing my order. However, they’ve already taken the money from my bank account, which doesn’t make sense to me. It’s been over 10 or 11 business days now. Has anyone else had an issue like this before?
