Miss Toni, I did follow there for 1 hot minute 🤣 but then you threw me under the bus by the 3rd file folder and then you threw in a 4th 🤣. I just finished making this folio. I used 8.5 x 11 card stock instead of file folders. (I have a love/hate relationship with file folders!) Love it! Can’t wait to cover it with paper and decorate.

Love it, Toni! I made a large journal cover this weekend too. Tim’s backdrops are just so gorgeous, I want to use most of the sheet for pages. I guess you could say I’m excited for Halloween too!

Toni, you are simply wonderful to share all your ideas with us. I put the folder pieces in place like you recommended. May I ask how you finished the edges before you added the decorative pages. They look like gold metallic and I love the look. Thanks Paula
Yes of course it's not metallic lovely it's the distress vintage photo and some of Tim Holtz cello tape 🥰

Amazing ty for sharing this. ❤️ it can you explain how you distressed the original one.
No problem lovely I just distressed the edges with my scissors then used vintage photo and walnut stain basically the same I do all the time to distress 🥰

Did you by chance make a video for the cover and the inside flap that has the dark greenish colors? They are stunning!
No unfortunately not but it's just a piece of file folder glued on two sides for a tuck ☺️
Well I messed up with my question. Did you use Tim H sprays for that inner greenish color along with other ones? Or is it a Tim H backdrop?

I could follow the directions pretty well, so you must have explained it VERY well, lol! I do think this is going to be so much fun to make, once I get some file folders. I’ll just put the video back on, and give it a go. If it doesn’t turn out exactly like yours, it’s certainly not because you didn’t give good directions… it’s me, getting distracted by a certain artistic cat 😂😂😂! Love this, Toni! Love your creativity!
