The Knaus Sun I 900 has a luxurious lining that leaves virtually nothing to be desired. The seating area, in the exhibition version covered with cream-colored leather, is super comfortable and invites you to lounge after an active day at the sea or in the mountains. Of course, other upholstery options are also possible, although the Dark Coffee leather upholstery is my favorite. The table is movable and the table top can easily be enlarged if necessary. Nice when camper friends come over for a glass of wine or if you want to work as a digital nomad with two laptops. The 37-inch LED television can be lifted from the sideboard between the kitchen unit and the L-leg of the sofa at the touch of a button. If you don't want to watch TV, you can place cooking utensils or glasses on the counter, for example while cooking. The pilot seats are not only visually eye-catching, but also so comfortable that you actually don't want to get out.
But even frequent and long-term drivers have to go to bed at some point. Nothing is better than that, because thanks to the EvoPore mattresses you are transported to the realm of dreams in an optically attractive sleeping area that is soft and gentle on the back. For those who suffer from chronic chills at bedtime, the EvoPore mattresses can even be heated.
Pleasant warmth is generated in the Knaus SUN I 900 by an Alde hot water boiler, as is standard for liners in this class. With a booster this can be expanded with hot water heating for the floor and heated mats for the driver's cabin. The double floor and the aluminum XPS aluminum structure also ensure unlimited winter suitability. The enormous panoramic window can be darkened or protected against the ingress of cold using a sturdy pleated blind that is easy to operate by hand. The insulated side windows also contribute to the feel-good climate.
You will also feel good in the bathroom of the Knaus SUN I 900. The back wall with elegant stone decor harmonizes well with the lighter wood tones of the cabinets. The shower door is made of real glass. In practical compartments and niches you can store everything you want to have quickly at hand for perfect personal hygiene. I found the towel radiator practical.
The kitchen is also a great pleasure. The slate look worktop looks elegant and durable at the same time. You operate the soft-close drawers with your fingertips. The three-burner stove is large enough so that you can actually cook with 3 pans or with 2 pots and 1 pan. With 177 liters, the refrigerator is spacious enough so that even ambitious hobby chefs get value for their money. In the double floor there is an electrically extendable storage compartment in which extra cooking ingredients can be stored.
All in all, a very luxurious camper with many options for relatively little money.

Prachtige camper. Heldere uitleg. Noot: Ik hoor liters en meters. Ik mis de grammen als het om gewichten gaat. Een kilo is 1000. Niets meer en niets minder.

Ik heb helemaal niets gehoord over de zwartwatertank. Wordt het toilet gespoeld met grijs- of schoonwater?
