For me... Stray Kids have always had their own style... even in the early days when they were trying to figure out who they were as a group. The best way to describe their songs is that even though they sounded very different, they still felt SKZ-ish... Now we call it the genre that they created called MalaTaste. (After Malatang soup that is spicy, numbing and addictive.) That style is generally what people are talking about when they say SKZ have found their own sound. That style is also usually how you could describe a lot of their title tracks. But, Stray Kids are not shy when it comes to trying new things. SKZ is actually super diverse when it comes to their music. They have over 40 genres mixed into their discography. They take any genre and blend it into their own MalaTaste style.
It is worth letting you know (at least I think it is, others may disagree) that this was when they had 9 members. Woojin (can be seen singing at 4:10) left shortly after this. The story of why he left is a little unknown and there were a lot of rumors. You may find that some still bash him while others think he should still be in Skz. The other 8 members went through a lot with him leaving because it was right before a comeback and they had to redo a lot of music, photoshoots, and even videos. Woojin has a solo career now and obviously Skz has moved on to have their own success. Skz don't talk about it and have said that it's in the past, despite this some people still bring it up even though it's been almost 5 years.
