Billy Graham Basoa, a native of the Solomon Islands' Guadalcanal province, learned the craft of basket weaving from his uncle decades ago. The Guadalcanal 2nd Appointed Day Celebrations: Mini Trade Show event, conducted this year in Mamara, West Guadalcanal, attracted everyone's attention, including the 70-year-old craftsman from Kolosulu hamlet in Northeast Guadalcanal.
