Hi Caroline. Sorry your holiday ended in such a way. I love Sani, and have visited several times. I actually watched your video from Ikos Porto Petro and heard you say on another video that you are going to Mallorca next month. If you’re going to Ikos the views from the resort are stunning. It’s really lovely. We were there for 10 days and had one very rainy day but the rest of the weather was glorious. If you’re going there I’m happy to give any info!

Beautiful hotel, my late husband and I have been to the Oceania halkidiki loved it we had wonderful meals at the Greek restaurant I think there were 4 to choose from, Hope you're feeling better.❤
We have had the same black clouds in western Crete the first week of our 3 week holiday ...glad to say the weather was back to normal the second week!!.I agree that nowhere looks the same without sun! Just enjoying the last coupe of days before we go home to UK.
Hi Caroline, beautiful video, I’m away to the Canary Islands Wednesday week and am getting in the mood for it watching this! Can’t wait, only a week away but it’s when my daughter and I have a sunshine holiday together, just us two, it’s great fun! Saw your following video first, hope you’re feeling a lot better now. Hi Caroline Did you go to Mount Athos well On the boat trip to go by it? We went a few years ago and it was an unforgettable experience..Love Greece.
We had hoped to, but unfortunately the weather was so bad that the boat trips were cancelled!

Hi Caroline i have just come back from a month in Crete also had the rain and storms for five days and so windy but rest of time was good i agree if its not sunny not a lot to do but i did read forty books in that month. take care

How dare you leave us with an Eastenders style ending. Was waiting for the dum, dum, dum to kick in… lol. Not sure if mentioned before but my cousin has a family run hotel in Halkidiki in the village of kalithea/Afitos (Nostos Hotel). I think she got married at the Sani resort which if it was I remember it being a lovely resort. ❤

I have been to 3 Ikos resorts and the Sani resorts are next on my list.
We are off to the new Ikos in Majorca next month, looking forward to it :)
@CarolineMrsM I had a drive past the Porto Petro resort in July when visiting Ikos Andalusia and it looks amazing, looking at Ikos Odisia next year in Corfu. Already got Ikos Oceania booked.
I’m confused, Porto Petro is on Majorca and Andalusia is mainland Spain?
