Used amazon blue red ambidextrous adaptor but tycotech had better weight. using quest 2. ~2650 elo. beware, it might crack once you start to forehand drive hard. tied a fiber vertically around so it prevents it from cracking the 3d printed adapter. USE ADAPTERS (using only controllers skews your perception and will not prepare you for real life paddle weight and hand positioning)

They probably don't keep the ball on the table for long enough then? That's where I go wrong, trying to hit winners all the time, while the higher ELO players are returning much more than I can.

I find it always looks easier in a video, than when I'm playing. The sideways view seems the best for showing the speed.

Yes, if you go to paddle settings and then the paddle position settings you can see the different paddle adapters.
