I had 3 c- sections and i can tell you that it is very important not to rush into any lifting! Take advantage of being able to heal and chill! Also my husband had open heart at 20! He it was a difficult recovery as he was not accustomed to just sitting around, but his family and i kept him from trying to hurry it up! Stay calm, keep thinking of how much better you will feel. Prayers and your talks with God will guide you!❤😊

Grandpa I have a cup like you are using I love it for my iced tea it keeps my drinks cold until is all gone. Speaking of your heart surgery my 82 year old cousin had a heart attack she was unconscious for 3 days and in the hospital 2 weeks she ended up having a device implanted to keep her heart beating properly. Many prayers were uplifted for her. I went over to her apartment Friday and treated her out to eat lunch at Golden Coral restaurant we both enjoyed it so much it was the first time she had been out to eat since her birthday. She doesn't drive. I am 80 we grew up together when we were kids.

I can totally understand the concerns you have concerning the surgery and you do have to advocate for yourself concerning your medical care! When my husband was waiting for his mitral valve surgery he could actually hear the blood when it would regurgitate back. He has to wait for a few weeks to get his surgery as well.. My husband also saw a naturopath who put him on supplements that aided in his healing. I follow the All Creatures farm and rescue channel and what an interesting family and service they do in caring for the animals! Great channel!

We like crooked neck, reg. Yellow, zucchini but most of all white scalloped squash. I slice thin, batter and we can eat too much! I also pickle mixed cucumber, all squash either sliced or spear the squash and green tomatoes. I usually used pints but made the mixed pickles in quarts. The sliced squash pickles are good on burgers. I usually used the bread and butter recipe or Mrs. Wages.
Totally glad you are following the no lifting for 6 weeks-I knew a lady who was back in for resurgery when I was in hosp. She was lifting to much- had to be resurgerized and was in healing. Made me follow rules of healing and so glad you are as well
I love watching you two. You remind me of my hubby and myself so much. I drive my hubby up the wall when I do not do things his way. Leann I do the same and tell him get use to it, I do it my way. Olivia got the cutest face ❤️ 95 degrees today where I live I've got my kiddie pools out for the dogs and Ducks . And I hose down the chickens When I see them panting I don't let them free range the whole day because they' get overheated. Your garden looks good I have cherry tomatoes beefsteak tomatoes and another brand of tomato. I gave two tomatoes to my neighbor today they were very thankful. My neighbor had heart surgery few months ago. He was weed eating his yard today and watering his yard 😮 I told him don't over do. I know other people close to me that have had double and triple bypass heart surgery. Strawberries will come up during the spring summer off season. Blueberries and raspberries are in season summertime. I have already picked all my black raspberries my blueberries slow coming along. I picked five carrots and my dog ate them all when I had my back turned. It's okay I have more carrots in the garden. Still 🙏 for you all take care.
