Francis Fitzgerald is one of my favorite villains, because he loves his wife a lot and his goal in destroying a whole country for a book that can save her was really horrible, but his wife outweights anything even morality and consciousness.
Don't worry about that zero at the end. He eventually turns it right side up and in return earns hundreds of millions back through the best way imaginable.
I bet if Francis had enough money he could beat most characters such as Night Raid and the Jaegers with a single punch. Now if he had access to something with endless princeless riches such as Gate of Babylon he would be settled permanently with a infinite source of money to supply his strength while raising it without worry.
