You’re educating people that birds NEED more than just ‘seeds’ and I love you for that. I used to go to my local pet store and give the poor birds organic red pepper slices, they never got anything but seeds and that dry bird ‘food’ crap.
I love making dinner for my birds. There’s nothing more fun than chopping veggies up and having your bird try what you’re making along the way. They’re such a fun member of the family. This dinner looks delicious for the whole family! Can’t wait to make this and can’t wait to see more of these! :)

Marlene, can they freeze small portions for future use, and what vegetable combo freezes best (so when it thaws, it's not watery and does not loose vitamin content). Oh, and for the human portion, it's just got to have some garlic,sea salt and pepper (hee hee). Fun class, Thank you Marlene and Tracy, see you soon.

Love the idea of using the squash as the bowl. Being that it will only be me and our Quaker eating healthy foods this is a bit big. I am sure I can substitute for a smaller type of squash, like yellow squash or zuccini to make the right size bowl.

I love this new series. My littles really only like fresh foods (not previously frozen) & then I can mix with some cooked items. I just got a vacuum sealer to experiment how to make my fresh last a little longer. These ideas motivate me to use some of those items for myself. GREAT IDEA💡 !!!
