Tutor--keep saying OK---to some, it means "Are you listening to and understanding what is being said." Tutor: you are probably drawing students from USA---as a granny retired, get a finger nail brush and clean your nails and hands, scrub good, it IS very, very distracting to see close ups of grubby hands. You are speaking very clearly, slowly and easy to follow the "logic" and added advanced examples of other ways to solve and look at the problem!!! Well wishes, OK!!! lol

Question: I've seen prime notation used on original figure----but u used it on the New 2nd figure/reduction. When is prime notation used on the New (enlarged/reduced) or the new figure the scale factor was used on???

Sorry, I didn't quite get your question. Usually the position of the image or the object are determine by the scale factor - how far or close they will be from the origin or more precisely from the center. Give me time of the video as the reference or rephrase your question, if I haven't answer you correctly.
