What an inspiration... I've learn from this that you don't need all the gear in the world to make good music, just a laptop or a decent pc with good software... If you have talent and you work hard, you will be recognized
I just stumbled across this video, and its funny how he says he uses only logics built in plugins for his sounds and just tweaks logics built in presets. So I assumed he used the ES2 alot so I opened logic and went through all the ES2 synth presets and I'll be damned if it isn't like a compilation of the whole redone sound right in that synths factory presets. You can hear sounds from JLo "On the Floor", Gaga, Pit bull...and that whole 2008-2010 pop sound
Pro Tools is standard for the mixdown and mastering stage, but for getting ideas down, midi vst, sound design, drum programming, etc. the other DAWs are much better.
I also am skeptical that he doesn't use any other plugins, but from what I've know it seems that very few songwriter-producers use Pro Tools, most favoring Logic, Ableton, Cubase, or what have you. At least in the dance music community I know this is the case.
Is he using Logi's Drums sounds. or does he import his own samples... I tired to see what was on the channel strip on the close up. sampler vs. drum module in logic
@ch4l4k0 Audio interface: Apogee Ensemble. Speakers: Adam A7. MIDI Keyboard: M-Audio Oxygen 25. Monitor Controller: PreSonus Monitor Station. The headphones look like AKG's. And of course a macbook pro with Logic. Does anyone know what are the black racks under both speakers?
@MrJoeFlat Ameen i talk about busness mainstream i know hous music is not complicated music as Pop rock and acoustic style specly in mixing and process studio but Red one is the best one in his word hous dance so this is my point no offence sorry to tell u jalous i just don tlike people mak down my own people im morrocan so little bit national ;)
@MrJoeFlat ur jalous no man i have logic prof too but this guy didnt show all his knwolege so it looks for u so eazy i don tknow smoone who work with lady gaga kely backstreet boys enrico is lucky he is talented
this guy is just lucky, he has talent. But he is not the best one, there are many people even on youtube who are better than him. and btw i'm born in the same country as him
Just because you are from Morocco it doesn't give you any credibility. People who can judge him are the ones who know the business and made it. Other than that it's just an opinion that will go down in the comment section
