Thats what ive been saying! I know the mb are slightly lower quality than the tumble leather on the new bred 4s (which imo is what jb shouldve made them in 1989 original their the only nubuck og 4 and tumble leather is way mor comfy and easier to clean than nubuck!)

But when I saw these were releasing true to OG for the first time since they came out in '89 (year I was born) I had to cop another pair for him and myself. I stopped buying sneakers like I was for years because I still have a few pairs I haven't worn, BUT I'm a sucker for true Retro OG releases. Didn't like the Reimagined Bred 4s at all. Same thing when they announced Jordan 1 Banned true to OG and went and used the shiny material instead. I waited like a year it felt like for the actual release and when they decided to change from the OG pair I passed on them immediately when they announced it. A sucker for true to OG, Nike Air logos on the heel. Jordan 1s w no Jumpman logo since it wasn't created until the AJ3. And definitely a sucker on OG colorways that weren't the usual Black/Red or White/Red.
I still wish the bred reimagineds were the actual 89 release the leather is easier to clean ages better and is more comfortable and looks better looking than nubuck! Plus i feel the leather shade of black used in the reimagineds compliments the other colors way better and draws even attention to the whole shoe! while the nubuck breds draws more attention to only the red and grey!
I dont like mostly black shoes, so Military Blue it is. But if we're gonna be completely honest, there is no shoe better looking than a brand new pair of air force ones.
@@brightkicks_ - They both clean, if Jordan or i should say Nike, if they would've gave us that leather on the Black Cement 4's back in the day, the shoe would hit harder for us old schoolers....still killing and phresh! 👍 ✌
