- In 1990 the General Manager of CBC Saskatoon, Judy Fantham, pushed forward an idea for a locally produced television program about kids, for kids, and with kids. Eventually called "minus 20", this video was part of the sell package for that idea. The program had a short run, due to CBC downsizing, but was fun and energetic. A program the local Saskatoon production crew looked forward to working on every week!
