Hi Mr K thanks for your very informative footage of your trip to USA and now the Hyatt in Singapore Cant beleave why people need to know how one funds them self to travel or what one does for a living, what you provide is so cool and gives an insight to what you can expect in different hotels and resorts which is hard to get anywhere else keep up the good work regards Stu and Sue Bowie

High season Maldives is November to February time (coz less rain). I'm going next month October. September, I went in year 2015 - bit rainy but means resorts quieter and less expensive. Always warm, just the rain sometimes...

"Free"....I love that word! Certainly is worth a little loss of view from time to time. The colour and furnishings of the hotel reminds me of The Stamford. Are they about the same age?
Yah, Stamford and Grand Hyatt not too dissimilar, and similar age. Stamford was the Westin Hotel before. Beyond the Marina Bay area, views from Stamford, is all the new hotels on reclaimed land like MBS etc...

Yep, I've got tickets for the Saturday quallies - will watch the race on TV. Shoey means Riccardio - always humorous and nice to see DR on the podium. I'm a Lewis fan, the 2 of them normally make good company on the podium...
G,Day and thanks for taking the time out to reply.Good to see you will be at the F1 on Sat.There will be 5 drivers from 2008 still there for this years race.Your favourite along with Alonso,Massa,Raikkonen & Vettel. In 2008 Massa started on pole but came out of the pits with the fuel hose still connected! I remember this moment well, as I had a pit straight seat just opposite the garage.Alonso ended up winning for Renault,followed by Rosberg and Hamilton.

I'm going to Singapore F1 and also Malaysia F1 October 1 - I once saw Schumacher in the rain at Sepang, start back of the gird (may have been pit lane) and won the race - can't remember the exact year, 10 years ago or so, and loved Schumacher ever since. Have a great time at Singapore F1, and we may bump into each other...
Great to hear you are also a Schumacher fan and I started following him when he first moved to Ferrari around 20 years ago.His son Mick will be doing a demo in Michaels car at this weekends Spa F1. This will be the 25th anniversary of Michaels first F1 win, so I hope we get to see this before Sundays main race.Wow 91 F1 wins with Lewis next at 57,what a driver!
You know I reckon Schumacher came out of retirement coz he wanted to compete with Lewis - just a hunch at the time. And Schumacher is a real human being driver - the press conference when he started cyring sat next to his brother when asked about equalling Senna's record given Schumacher was behind Senna when Senna crashed... Formula 1 a sport of personalities...
