It's almost like an OCD thing... And it it isn't, it's very satisfying for those of us with OCD. Not one slap too many, not one slap too little.

I LOVE SPAM!!! I think I love it more than anyone in my family.
My mom used to make this dish with cubes of fried Spam, a can of green beans, diced tomatoes & onions…delicious…it was the main dish at dinner sometimes…served with rice or tortillas…fed a family of five…We never went hungry. Thanks mom & dad!🥰

So I made the gimbap 4 way sandwich for my family and friends this weekend as I like trying new things and we all love spam and it wa such a hit! Super tasty 😋. I didn’t have kimchi so I just did a bit of kewpie mayonnaise, green onions and black sesame seeds on the rice that I’d added sesame oil too. It might become a new weekend breakfast 😉. Thank you Haru ☺️. I will try more of your dishes!

Love me some SPAM. I keep about 20 cans on hand at all times, along with 30+ pounds of instant rice. I eat it regularly, so nothing spoils and if the SHTF, I have a supply of food to last a while.

Korea's love of Spam and processed cheese never fails to.fascinate me..
It was an extremely poor country until recent history. If I recall correctly (might be wrong) a lot of Koreans were introduced to things like Spam, instant coffee, etc from American soldiers who were stationed there. But honestly Korean spam dishes are way better than how I've seen it used in the U.S (where it is pretty stigmatized)

Wow, I have never seen a spam can that small. And it even has a lid so you can save what you don't eat.. The cans are twice as big here in the States.
This single lady would totally buy the smaller tins. I have frozen leftover Spam. Makes good fried rice. Always have leftover rice in the freezer too lol
Thus, the people are twice as big too here in the U.S.
