You always keep a cool head even when something weakens the episode, and that keeps the review entertaining and enlightening, unlike other analysts, who visibly get angry at the problems, and that's just depressing. Also, even though I hope it doesn't happen in the future, Pinkie being unlikable is nothing I haven't seen before in comic relief characters. Almost every show with such characters has at least one episode showing their stupidity to the extreme and renders them unlikable in the episode, and it can either stop there and the character won't get any worse, or it can go the spongebob route and become a permanent unlikability, But I trust these writers, and I'm sure they won't go the spongebob route. Not Dr. Wolf… he states in his review that it is in fact one of her quirks. She has trouble reading a room and tends to say the wrong thing. Yes, a lot of people find that annoying or unlikable, but I don't feel like she's doing it on purpose. This is a problem that I suffer from all the time. Sometimes I joke around and people take what I say at face value instead of the underlining (I'm just joshing) tone that I present myself with. Yeah, she caused a majority of the conflict, but not out of any ill intent. Besides, it was certainly more entertaining that Fluttershy expressing it upon herself and helped to lead her from her home to the final stage (no pun intended) without having a simple transition from one point to the other. It feels more dramatic the way it was done. *Plus I watched the episode while still thinking about Silverquil's earlier comment about how Pinkie can be scary sometimes (Pinkie Pride review). Overall, Pinkie is still my favorite, even when I find her annoying myself. (Of which, I don't here. In Over a Barrel sure, but not here.)
I wouldn't say that Pinkie was out of character, but what the heck were Fluttershy's OTHER friends doing as Pinkie freaked Fluttershy out? Shouldn't SOMEPONY have told Pinkie to stop? I've had to do that in my own friend group when my own friends don't realize they are hurting others and it always comes out fine in the end.
Thogh I do think pinkie pie was a little bit overdramatic, I found here to be hilarious and I feel as if she didnt overstay here part until the part where she climbed up the wall
Wow...first off, thanks for responding-had a bit of a 'fan moment' there! Hehehe! Well, I had my first concert a week or so ago and I thought I did good-I thought I'd have more anxiety while singing. The hardest part for me was my shyness really came out when people complimented me....I'm kinda like Big Mac in some ways-I just said 'thanks' and 'eyup' a lot! :)
For me, you're the most entertaining MLP:FIM annalist and completely won me over with your portrayal of Hunter S. Thompson for Bats! So keep up the awesome!
3:40 You know, I've seen a lot of reviewers blame Pinkie for Big Mac losing his voice, and honestly I think it's a ridiculous accusation. Seriously? It's her fault for beating him in a freaking competition? It's her fault that Big Mac over did it and lost his voice? Yeah, Pinkie was badly written here (to be fair, I blame the writers for most of her scenes in this episode), but the voice part had nothing to do with her.
I think the voice thing did tie back in that she's the pony who pushed Big Macintosh that far. Now, I agree it is silly to say that Pinkie shouldn't have competed to win. That's the whole point of such events. It's more a sense of frustration that Pinkie is somehow connected to everything that goes wrong in this episode. Even unintentionally, she seems to be a force acting against Fluttershy and the Pony Tones.
MLP-Silver-Quill Oh, don't get me wrong; I do agree that Pinkie was involved in pretty much everything that went wrong. I was just pointing out that, at least when it comes to the voice part, it wasn't entirely her fault. Anyway, thank you for the nice response. :)
+MLP-Silver-Quill if you read my comment I write about how I hate that the writers put Rarity in the music group. she already has a busy job! this singing thing came out of nowhere . she never said she was in a music group before and after the episode. I hate it when writers do this. make a character does something it never talks about ever before and don't touch on it again. Rarity could of been making the outfits for the singer's and know them that way.
I was a musician but I never had stagefright at all. I often was afraid before in the chaos when the orchestra was setting up but once we were set up that all went away. That's because I knew exactly what to do. I had no reason to be scared because I knew for 100% certainty that I could do this as I have done it hundreds of times before during practice. If anything I loved it because I finally could give it my all with no risk of the conductor cutting the song short halfway. Doing it for the audience is truly the best feeling in the world. You've practiced so hard and now you can finally give it your all alongside all the others.
2:27 Actually, I think it's more likely this was Pinkie getting back at Fluttershy for Fluttershy's verbal abuse of Pinkie and Rarity in "Putting Your Hoof Down".
I don't think Pinkie is the sort who would do so. Although this could been something for an episode lesson about when and when not to go past a boundary. Since they didn't do a MLP episode with pinkie Pie and Spike, they should do a comedy duet where, although Spike is the punchline and slapstick, he can tolerate anything, until she goes so far that she really broke and hurt Spike's feelings, and it is up to Pinkie Pie to apologies and understand her antics when left unchecked can go too far.
I agree with evrything you said about fear of others rejecting your work. I always try my best and just remember that as long as I tried my best, I didn't let myself down. Your best is all you can do, and its always improving.
The craziest thing about this episode is that it aired literally RIGHT after I joined a double quartet in my choir (which is now a regular quartet because people). My jaw was on the floor the entirety of the episode when I first saw it. It inspired me to push further and try out for solos. Now I just need to teach myself how to practice alone instead of with the choir only.
I just want you to know, I totally get your hesitation and nervousness. I perform in several musicals, and I am nervous every single time. I just want you to know that I really appreciate all of your reviews. No matter what, you've got one fan who will always laugh a little, and you make my day that much brighter, while leaving me something to think about as well. Thanks Silver Quill.
Surprisingly, you covered every aspect of the episode that I felt needed pointing out. You even took the episode and put it into a relatable experience. Excellent reviewing. 10/10
Aww, you don't need to feel nervous SQ. :P You're probably my favorite MLP analyst. I always watch your videos as soon as they're uploaded. As for the episode, I was really conflicted about this one. The music was good, Zecora got a part (always a plus), a great callback, good visual gags... But all of that was very easily undone by just how much Pinkie bothered me. Don't get me wrong, I normally like Pinkie--Pinkie Pride is probably my favorite episode of the season--but she was so frustratingly insensitive about hurting Fluttershy's feelings, and she never even really apologized or tried to tone it down. This is the same Pinkie who refused to prank Fluttershy because she knew how sensitive and easily frightened or hurt she is. It felt like an attempt at humour that fell painfully flat.
These are just about the only after show analyses I watch anymore because, on top of being open minded, thought invoking and fun, are free of copious amounts of swearing and innuendo. Thanks, you're the best!
Spot Light Unfortunately that doesn't always work, they should've been in better harmony where you could hear him despite Applejack and Applebloom singing mostly at the front. Since even when there are lead and backups you can still hear the backups when they join their voices with the lead.
Spot Light He may have, but I did watch the episode and most of the time it just looked like the animators just forgot to have his mouth closed during the song the Apple family sang because he was so drowned out.
Dude, your videos are awesome and always make me laugh! I look forward to your videos more than BronyCurious and just as much as Antony C's. Keep 'em coming!
Pinkie made this episode okay when it could have been great, her driving Fluttershy to tears is something I don't believe she would do. Sure she have hurt ponies feeling, not been able to read the situation. But I think when someone burst into tears, that should get her attention.
I think I can say this almost definitively, now. You are one of the only reviewers I subscribe to whose videos I watch more than once out of sheer enjoyment. ^w^
I don't know if anyone has said it because we might get used to expect this from you, but your humour is just so enjoyable, I love it because it's so simple but different everytime, I never know what to expect from your videos and I LOVE that! :)
Gotta say I was impressed with this video. Usually I hop over here for the laughs but the calm informative analysis really just shined this time. I learned something, re-evaluated my own opinion, and had a good time doing it. Well done!
Dear Quill, I just wanted to say that your comment about being shy to upload struck a cord with me. As someone who is creative but shy myself I was surprised to hear one of my favorite online personalities was too, yet I find your work incredible. I enjoy every episode tremendously and all ways get excited to watch your new releases. So thank you for uploading them and for all the smiles and laughter you give, means a lot to your friends.
OH that opening was hilarious! :DD I have to commend you on such a wonderful job on these reviews. They are always so insightful and entertaining. I admire your consistent ability to articulate my feeling towards an episode; I've lost count how many times I've gone "That's what I thought too!" while watching your reviews from this past season. Keep up the wonderful work! :D
There is a reason I like this episode. Though Fluttershy isn't one of the best ponies in my opinion, I can truly relate to her. I am musical, though I rarely show it. I keep it to myself, and if someone happens to hear me, I just fade out of the song. I tried a couple song covers, but I was insulted by a jealous jerk (not musically, artistically jealous), and I kind of hid myself after that. But recently I came over my stage fright and sang a song in front of a crowd that had no idea where the song came from, but I sang my heart out as if no one was there, and they loved it.
Thank you Silver Quill. When you mentioned your nerves before putting a video out and then mentioned writers and artists I felt like I needed to write a big thank you to you. Very recently I finally pulled together my courage to share a fan fiction I just started writing onto a website and I had a moment just like Fluttershy. I haven't received any negative comments, only positive ones. I am a very shy person so the idea of even sharing any of my writing with anyone I didn't know has scared me a lot. This episode is exactly what I feel, a great lesson in taking one step at a time when working on achieving a goal. Although I really do have to agree that Pinkie Pie seemed to be a bit out of character, because she is better about being aware of what will hurt the feelings of others and in this episode it was as though that part of her brain shut down. Here's hoping that my story can also help me (in my own fan cannon universe) fix this mistake too. Oh and one more thing. Silver Quill please don't stop making these amazing videos. They help me feel better and happier when I am having a very sad day. You are an amazing brony analyze and I can't wait to see the videos that you will be creating in the future.
Silver, I just have to say out of all the analysis folks out there, you are the best. I've honestly stopped watching the rest because they tend to take things to critically for me. Your vids on the other hand not only have sense in them but you put that extra bit of work with the humor, animations, and art of your own that they are fantastic. Can't wait for the next one.
what about Fire Brand? he doesn't try to take things to critically unless it is to put in for laughs and so far on my list he is doing a better job of balancing how fans like or hate the episodes with his thoughts and what others think.
I just want to say like others, that your reviews are my favorite. IT has a great mix of humor along with seriousness. Not to mention your character actually has more than 4-6 different drawings :P
Thank you for saying such nice things about Fluttershy, she's one of my favorite ponies because I can relate to her a lot : ) I'm um...really super shy...in real life... I hope you come back from being thrown out into space, I really enjoy watching your reviews because they always put a smile on my face. I really needed it today, so thank you once again.
most of the artists and writers that read this have experienced having your work rejected , it is crippling. I once worked very hard putting all of my effort in a story , i have had lots of people critique it. they said it was very good. Never have i met such insensitive people. i was heart broken, i just want to know if this is a reoccurring struggle for talented artists and writers
Slept well? Check. Work on schedule? Check. Project running smoothly? Check. No large drama today so far? Check. Spring break started? Check. New episode tomorrow? Check. New (excellent) After the Fact by Silver Quill released? Check. Yup. This weekend has started out pretty well.
While I didn't actually like it, I've become quite indifferent to Pinkie's less than grateful moments in this episode because, in the end, she's a fictional character that people shouldn't get too upset about, especially after hearing how people were posting death threats to Amy Keating Rogers because of it *facepalms
Let me say this personally I loved the barbar shop quartet you did. It was an amazing reference and I love the whole celestial banishment thing at the end it was a very fun play for laughs thing. Now moving one I agree with you that pinkie was a little too much in character to the point of being more oblivious than usual with hurting fluttershys feelings. Since fluttershys is so timid and well shy normally pinkie probably didn't know she already crossed the line way on the beginning of the episode with making her nervous and self conscious about singing. I think this coupe have been improved if pinkie came to the realization that she made fluttershys so hurt
Another excellent ATF Silver, really enjoyed hearing your thoughts on Fluttershy's character especially and why you like her so much, as they ring true of myself. Never noticed how much hidden potential and passion she has too in the dress making and singing and such, very cool little detail that I think says a lot about her, and how great she could be if she got out of her shell, or as I like to think, how great she is at her passions perhaps as a direct result of her shyness and listening and learning so much rather then speaking and acting. Thanks again, here's hoping the Breezies episode hits it out of the mark for her!
I love how everyone is mad that Pinkie is being mean to Flutterguy in this. Yes Andrea, how dare you be mean to your self. Now where is Aj and Rainbow Dash. I want to see Ashleigh challenge herself to a contest. LOL Puts Smile HD in a whole new perspective huh. Like the Jet Li movie The One.
Man, I /totally/ forgot about Fluttershy tearing down Dash's confidence like that in Sonic Rainboom. Really puts the whole Pinkie situation in greater perspective. Bravo, sir. Excellent and hilarious review, as always!
1:31-1:36 there is also the fact that both times twilight wasn’t there to hear her. I think the only time twilight would’ve heard her singing in real life is during the hearth warming play but the whole room was singing so twilight wouldn’t have been able to hear just flutter shy.
Okay about 4:40 to 4:50 I totally agree with you silver because I'm a musician and I've experienced this myself playing my music with all my heart at school and my music gets appreciated I just love to play there and want to be playing my music there more than anywhere else but having my whole heart being played out with my instrument at home it has got so bad because my music has been rejected so many times I feel so nervous to play it at home
4:35 - 4:48 Definitely understand and agree with that. I frequently find myself feeling too incompetent to submit anything to EQD nowadays despite being accepted on several occasions before. And just for a boost to your confidence, you’re currently the only reviewer I’ve continued to watch thus far (and the only one I gave a chance in the first place but I digress.)
I think that Pinkie was stating Fluttershy's fears out loud because the other ponies seemed clueless about them and Pinkie was worried Fluttershy would just meekly go along and do something she's scared of, like has happened before. Edit: honestly, I think Pinkie was best pony in this episode. She made the other ponies aware of Fluttershy's internal fears and brought them out into the open, where they could be dealt with. Not a single other pony seemed aware of Fluttershy's feelings until Pinkie stated them.
I agree. Not to mention that Pinkie excelled as a -writing device- by concisely relating Fluttershy's internal issues for the sake of the viewer. I can see how Pinkie's 'meanness' could generate some flak flung her way, but I thought she brought just what the story needed.
I have social anxiety myself, and often find it difficult to explain my fears and concerns to others, particularly when I am feeling really panicked. Normally I just sort of nod or mutter something to move the conversation along and get people to leave me alone. Fluttershy has done the exact same thing in the past, and Pinkie speaking up and stating her internal fears for the rest of the ponies let them know better what Fluttershy was feeling and needed. None of the other ponies grasped that Fluttershy had just experienced one of her very worst fears, and were instead dismissing it when she was acting stressed. But while Pinkie recognized Fluttershy's fears, she isn't the best pony to address them and comfort Fluttershy. Pinkie brought Fluttershy's issues to public attention, where the other ponies were able to address them and soothe her in ways pinkie couldn't. That's some damn fine teamwork helping out a friend, and most significantly of all Pinkie not only didn't get credit for it, she's getting lots of hate. Which fits in to how Pinkie normally cares more about others than herself. Pinkie is still great and caring and best pony.
modelmajorpita I don't see how "none of the other ponies grasped that Fluttershy had just experienced one of her very worst fears". Throughout the whole episode Rarity, Twilight, AJ and Rainbow acted as if they understood Fluttershy's feelings, but they also wanted to help her overcome her stage-fright, each in their own way. Rainbow, being Fluttershy's friend since childhood, knows her really well and she knows how to encourage Fluttershy to do something, when something needs to be done. It's not a coincidence that when Fluttershy is afraid to say something, it's often Rainbow's encouragement that makes her finally say it. Rarity was thoughtful enough to accept Fluttershy's refusal, and she also came up with the idea of Fluttershy hiding behind the courtains, so that she is more comfortable singing. In the end she also played the "you lived your worst nightmare! Was it really that bad?" act. This shows that she understood the situation, and that was her way of reacting to the situation. AJ apparently understood the situation well enough, that during her conversation with her brother she was able to predict every single event. I don't remember any important interaction between AJ and Fluttershy in this episode though. And Twilight (and Rarity) were busy saving Fluttershy from Pinkie's behavior, since both Twilight and Rarity knew that the Ponytone's audience would not be harsh towards Fluttershy, so they didn't have to save Fluttershy from the audience, they had to save her from Pinkie. Now, I'm not saying that Pinkie didn't do anything helpful, but her behavior most likely caused more harm than good in this case. And I'd rather say that she brought the issue to private attention, rather than public attention. If she were to bring it to public attention, it would be far, far worse. Bringing it to private attention, amongst friends, now that was probably a good move, just played poorly.
Finally, someone gets it! Thank you for establishing why Fluttershy's constant struggle with anxiety matters so much. This video deserves a follow. Thanks, Silver Quill. P.S.: Fluttershy is my favorite, too! :D
I think you are slowly becoming one of my favorite reviewers, because unlike so many of them, you don't completely rip apart what I consider to be a great season. Sure there have been some episode that are ok but some of these guys and girls are acting like this season is THE WORST POSSIBLE THING! So its a nice breath of fresh air to have some upbeat comedy thrown in with a nice review. Thanks and keep up the good work. Also, I am a writer... so I happen to enjoy this episode a lot.
I love the look on Fluttershy's face when Slendy joined in. XD Also, loved this review and loved the episode in general. Also, loved the name of the episode itself as well, perfect name for it. :)
Fun fact: the cutiemark of the blue ponytones pony is a picture i once took from google to use as a cutiemark on a random pony I was making. Was very surprised to see it in an episode.
1:44 I think it's that ponies have their normal singing voice, which Fluttershy was using there, and then they have their musical singing voice, which Fluttershy uses most of the time. This would explain why they were so surprised that Fluttershy could sing so well, and it also explains why Scootaloo was such a bad singer in The CMC theme song, but was really good in other songs like hearts as strong as horses.
At the beginning of the series I wasn't a big fan of Pinkie, yet she started to grow on me, and after the Smile song I loved her, I saw her with different eyes and enjoyed her sillyness much much more, imagine my disappointment when I saw her acting like a heartless friend... :( 4:20 I still haven't updated one single video and yet... I know what you mean... ^^U Another great review, thank you Silver Quill! x3
That is the most oddest and dangerous singing group I ever saw. Really a griffon, an evil pony, slender pony, and a giant worm... No words for me

Lol!

AJ's conversation with Big Mac in the episode "Filli Vanilli" is an EPIC WIN!
This episode actually inspired me to join a real chorus.... :)
Good luck to you! I can guarantee you'll sing better than myself. ;)

MLP-Silver-Quill Perhaps Pinkie displays some sort of jealousy that we aren't fully aware of. She herself is a great singer, I like all her songs.

+Bernie Schwarz the story could go the same way. Rarity can still ask flutter shy to join.
Key words in Twilight's description: "Like that" and "solo".
She's never heard Fluttershy sing a solo like that before.
Your consistency of jokes is very good and likeable. They make your reviews more fun to watch! Keep up the good work!
2:27 Actually, I think it's more likely this was Pinkie getting back at Fluttershy for Fluttershy's verbal abuse of Pinkie and Rarity in "Putting Your Hoof Down".
peter krug That's a good way of putting it. i forgot about that episode
Yeah so pinkie waz all like GET REKT SON!!!!!!!!!!
Awww sombra you got some character development, good boy. Shows what happens when a hippogriff is in charge.
Wonderful work, Silver. Really loved your thoughts and explanations on Fluttershy's feelings and actions this episode most of all.
don't be nervous about your videos :) i really love them. you're my favourite analysis griffon!
"Crippling" is a good word for it, Silver Quill. Well put.
The music in this episode was absolutely fantastic!
Big Mac did sing in Pinkie Apple Pie
Indeed he did, yet I couldn't hear him over Applejack and Applebloom. This was the first time I truly heard the big guy.
you just need to listen closely and you can pick it up
Spot Light Unfortunately that doesn't always work, they should've been in better harmony where you could hear him despite Applejack and Applebloom singing mostly at the front. Since even when there are lead and backups you can still hear the backups when they join their voices with the lead.
Dancing hooves The Point was he sang in the song
Spot Light
He may have, but I did watch the episode and most of the time it just looked like the animators just forgot to have his mouth closed during the song the Apple family sang because he was so drowned out.
Dat intro, dat outro. Dude this whole video was just awesome, I love it.
When you brought up Pinkie and karma at the beginning I said a very loud "HA!"
Finally someone gave me a satisfying reason for Pinkie's actions.
You are hilarious! You even made me want to watch the episode again. (I'm not usually one to re-watch things) Love your reviews! :)
I have to say it, I do enjoy your videos so much so I watch them over and over.
Ditto. They're reeeally interesting an' fun!! *grins like Pinkie Pie*
Same. But I do that with pretty much all the youtubers I watch.
I think I can say this almost definitively, now. You are one of the only reviewers I subscribe to whose videos I watch more than once out of sheer enjoyment. ^w^
I love how silverquill's acapella consists of sombra, pony slenderman, and the wirm creature😂😆
I don't know if anyone has said it because we might get used to expect this from you, but your humour is just so enjoyable, I love it because it's so simple but different everytime, I never know what to expect from your videos and I LOVE that! :)
Wait, Slenderman sings?!
madmonkey135 So wrong dude,
madmonkey135
telepathically making people think they hear singing
no i tried talking to slender AND BEG HIM TO DO IT
He doesn't have a mouth but he sings, I guess telepathicly...someone get Masky & Hoodie in for the other vocals with him.
Family guy
Gotta say I was impressed with this video. Usually I hop over here for the laughs but the calm informative analysis really just shined this time. I learned something, re-evaluated my own opinion, and had a good time doing it. Well done!
The first time I sang for my friends, I almost cried because they liked it so much.
What is it with banishing people to the moon? Luna, Wheatley...
I know...CELESTIA CAN NOT DO THAT ANYMORE!!! HER&Luna's connection to the elements: GONE.
You know Portal? I do, but I don't play Portal videogame...
Plus Wheatley was banished to space, not the moon, if I learned correctly.
Emma Kalantar It was the moon, but he was flung of the moon into space.
TO THE MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON
OH that opening was hilarious! :DD I have to commend you on such a wonderful job on these reviews. They are always so insightful and entertaining. I admire your consistent ability to articulate my feeling towards an episode; I've lost count how many times I've gone "That's what I thought too!" while watching your reviews from this past season. Keep up the wonderful work! :D
Fluttershy's look when she saw Slendermane, she's like "What the what is that?"
that band song at the beginning tho THANK YOU YOU HAVE MADE MY DAY
There is a reason I like this episode.
Holy crap where did this come from?
Benicthehedgehog To be honest, I haven't seen him yet.
I just want to say like others, that your reviews are my favorite.
IT has a great mix of humor along with seriousness. Not to mention your character actually has more than 4-6 different drawings :P
Pinkie was banished to the Phantom Zone,
A fitting punishment.
laughingattheexpenseofothers I don't hate Pinkie, she's second best pony.
Oh God, that intro. I would laugh myself to death if Sombra actually returned and did something like this.
Well, someone has to get Pinkie out of the Phantom zone.
***** I suppose you are right.
THAT'S WHAT THAT WAS?! I thought I recognized it, but I couldn't place it
3:00 There's no such thing as "balance" when Pinkie's involved. XD
X'D OH GOD THE WORM! or snake....or.....whatever it is. and as for pinkie.....dark.
Omg wtf
IKR and FRIGGIN SLENDER PONY TOO
Finally saw this episode last night! Glad to see there's this for me to enjoy after as well.
7:21 Was Pinkie banish to the Phantom Zone? Say hello to General Zod for me!
What's the Phantom Zone?
Wow a decade since this review came out...man time flies...thx for everything sliver and mlp 😊
Slept well? Check. Work on schedule? Check. Project running smoothly? Check. No large drama today so far? Check. Spring break started? Check. New episode tomorrow? Check. New (excellent) After the Fact by Silver Quill released? Check.
Yup. This weekend has started out pretty well.
Another great review from you, Silver Quill. Keep up the good work!
While I didn't actually like it, I've become quite indifferent to Pinkie's less than grateful moments in this episode because, in the end, she's a fictional character that people shouldn't get too upset about, especially after hearing how people were posting death threats to Amy Keating Rogers because of it
*facepalms
THANK YOU!
7:04 Fluttershys ear is on Rairity
It's an Animation Error it happens all the time.
Thanks for pointing out an obvious dev error, sherlock!
Silver, your videos are extreamly entertaining. Thank you so much for making them and Thank you for making my day.
Pinkie Pie is still my sister. I DON'T CARE what the other fans say, she will always be my favorite.
Um no pinkie is nit she does not know you and your not a pony your human and you live in a diferant univers so yea shes not your sister
+Psychogirl232 i mean not
Psychogirl232 Wow, you're even more technical than me.
+Psychogirl232 Umm... No one cares? Jeez you don't have to correct someone for saying something awesome or silly.
This is why i hate sharing an account with my sister she get everyone pissed off oh well
Another excellent ATF Silver, really enjoyed hearing your thoughts on Fluttershy's character especially and why you like her so much, as they ring true of myself.
I loved Pinkie Pie in this episode. must likely my fav part.
Another awesome review and I look forward to the next one :)
and please keep coming up with these awesome jokes!
You post comics? Where can we find these?
mlp-silver-quill.deviantart.com
Hope you enjoy!
MLP-Silver-Quill 00.9 lol
Lolololo
MLP-Silver-Quill hey silver my name is actually Imani! What a coincidence!
+ThatRandomGamer yeah. I need dat in me life
SGMyufug
This is my favorite after the fact video you did silver quill! Your awesome!
I love how everyone is mad that Pinkie is being mean to Flutterguy in this.
Yes Andrea, how dare you be mean to your self. Now where is Aj and Rainbow Dash. I want to see Ashleigh challenge herself to a contest. LOL
Puts Smile HD in a whole new perspective huh. Like the Jet Li movie The One.
Love your reviews! Hope the next one is soon!
Did you see Big Macs face when Fluttershy was shaking her butt XD
Big Mac did nothing wrong.
It was more him worried about singing along with the song because Fluttershy was getting into the song so much she was changing how it was sung.
I still think he was thinking about flank
Jack Mahoff
No, I think that's just you projecting yourself into that scenario.
so THATS where big mac x fluttershy came from
Man, I /totally/ forgot about Fluttershy tearing down Dash's confidence like that in Sonic Rainboom. Really puts the whole Pinkie situation in greater perspective. Bravo, sir.
Excellent and hilarious review, as always!
Pinkie will be awesome NO MATTER WHAT
1:31-1:36 there is also the fact that both times twilight wasn’t there to hear her. I think the only time twilight would’ve heard her singing in real life is during the hearth warming play but the whole room was singing so twilight wouldn’t have been able to hear just flutter shy.
OMG THE BEGINNING WAS HILLARIOS 😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝
PurpleLover7_TN ikr
Okay about 4:40 to 4:50 I totally agree with you silver because I'm a musician and I've experienced this myself playing my music with all my heart at school and my music gets appreciated I just love to play there and want to be playing my music there more than anywhere else but having my whole heart being played out with my instrument at home it has got so bad because my music has been rejected so many times I feel so nervous to play it at home
Big Mac's singing voice...
A bass voice? That's normal!
Kayke Kat He's over here melting hearts ;-;
You got something against bass voices like myself?
Your videos are always the greatest. Really, there is nothing bad about this one or any of your other ones. You point out real good stuff ^ ~^
lol xD nice man! subbed! ^_^
0:16 - 0:20 : EEEEEEEK! SLENDERMANE!!!!
*slendermare
Slenderman is not a girl. girl horses are called "mares". So... its SLENDERMANE (according to the ponysister's/brony's. MEEP.
Maddy66547 AJ wouldent it be slendercolt or slenderstallion then
I'm confused.. HELP!
its slendermare
you always use the coolest remixs
The opening with you, Sombra, Slender Mane, and the weird flower monster made my brain explode in fury.
4:48 The return of Flutterbat?
Finally, someone gets it! Thank you for establishing why Fluttershy's constant struggle with anxiety matters so much. This video deserves a follow. Thanks, Silver Quill.
P.S.: Fluttershy is my favorite, too! :D
Ah rewatching my first vid from you nostalgic :) rock on quill!
I really enjoy your videos. I really like the quality of your voice. :3
i really like your vids, you really explain the episodes really well, so Thanks
I love the look on Fluttershy's face when Slendy joined in. XD Also, loved this review and loved the episode in general. Also, loved the name of the episode itself as well, perfect name for it. :)
i cant stop watching these videos omg i used to watch you when i was 10 T____T i used to wait after every episode for your reviews ^^
4:20 I still haven't updated one single video and yet... I know what you mean... ^^U
Another great review, thank you Silver Quill! x3
I loved the title card. I really wanted to gag her in this episode, and she's my favorite pony!
is it bad i can easily imagine the mane si have a 'bag and gag' scenario planned just in case?
Tad Dad If they didn't have one before, they sure as Tartarus will have one ready from now on.
