Welcome to a Sims 4 Discover University Speed Build! This FOXBURY STUDENT APARTMENT is located in Britechester on the Foxbury Campus. In today's Stop Motion Video I take you to the university! This great FOXBURY STUDENT APARTMENT offers space for up to seven Sims and is centrally located on campus. On the first floor your Sims can swot together in the common study, do homework or write their term papers. Those who are hungry can go to the cafeteria and get a meal. On the second floor there are three dorms, all of which are furnished differently. Your Sims meet in the kitchen to chat and learn together. On the upper floor there are three more dorm rooms and a laundry room. There is also a comfortable sofa corner with TV and a bar to celebrate. There is much more to discover - place this FOXBURY STUDENT APARTMENT in Britechester today!

Heute ist STOP MOTION SUNDAY - dass heisst ich habe ein brandneues Sims 4 Stop Motion Video für dich!
Im heutigen Stop Motion Video nehme ich dich mit an die Universität! Dieses tolle FOXBURY STUDENT APARTMENT bietet Platz für bis zu sieben Sims und liegt ganz zentral auf dem Campus. Im ersten Stockwerk können deine Sims im gemeinsamen Arbeitszimmer zusammen büffeln, Hausaufgaben machen oder an ihren Semesterarbeiten schreiben. Wer Hunger hat, geht in die Cafeteria und holt sich ein Essen. Im zweiten Stock gibt es drei Dorms, alle sind unterschiedlich eingerichtet. Deine Sims treffen sich in der Küche zum gemeinsamen Plaudern und Lernen. Im oberne Stockwerk gibt es drei weitere Dorm Rooms und eine Waschküche. All I can say is wow. This is fantastic! Love the decor, the bright colors, and personality in every room. Not only is it well designed but also includes ample gameplay items . I couldn't pick a fav room, but I love how you included a kitchette and basketball court

Just amazing! Extremely beautiful and thought out to the smallest detail. Very comfortable rooms, both female and male. Toilets and bathrooms are strictly in the subject, a wonderful cafe on the ground floor and very wonderful and beautiful relaxation areas. Also a great idea with a parking lot. Super!

I LOVE this build like it’s so amazing and different from the other dorm on the penthouse lot I’ve seen I like playing with these that are on just a lot that are built from the ground up. But when I play in this lot my game tends to crash and it’s only with this lot I have cc/mods but not on this lot but on my sim and I know it’s not her because when I evicted her from the lot because when i play her in the lot it’s so laggy then it crashes so I evicted her from this lot and moved her to another lot it’s okay and doesn’t crash and my game only crashes when I’m on this lot? Idk how to fix it?
Thank you so much for your lovely comment! I playtested the whole house and it worked perfectly fine for me. I didn't use any cc in this build so I don't know why this happens. Have you playtested the lot with other houses? Do they work? Sometimes it helps to repair your game on origin. So sorry this is happening and I hope you can fix it! Have a nice day 😊

Hey, thank you very much for your comment! When I started my channel, I also uploaded speedbuilds. These videos are usually much longer and since I don't do voice overs, they didn't really go down well. Personally I like to make stop motion videos, because I can be very creative and I can really live myself while editing. But I also know that there are many simmers who prefer to have speed builds. I hope you find something for yourself in my older videos - there is a lot. 😉 I hope my answer helps you a little bit. Happy simming! ❤️️

i noticed at end of video showing staircase going down - th-cam.com/video/Cej-jglqwJk/w-d-xo.html - however the rest of video showed elevator - maybe needs reshot to show the staircase

title is very misleading, student apartments realistically don’t have community bathrooms , nor do they share a room with someone ( saw 2 beds in one room) , but other than that i really loved the outcome ! Great work 👍🏾

It requires a mod to make it work. So I replace it by stairs before uploading to the gallery!
