Every company has its pros and cons, as a fresher it is better to gain experience than look for benefits. If you are really good at software and you can crack interviews then sure go ahead and apply for product companies but if you don't have any skills and you want to benefits then it's impossible.

Salary, depends on your profile. PP role has 8 LPA fresher salary. Even SEs get 4 chances per year to upgrade themselves. DSE role has ~36k in hand. 6. Hike is negligible. 7. Distribution of project is based on availability, not random. 8. Chances of elimination is negligible. 9. Benching is there in all service based companies. NON IT STUDENT: I am from Electrical Engineering background. I'm a Digital Specialist Engineer here. I think, it worth starting your career here, then switch as per your choice. Thanks.

Its totally depends on your project,collegeus and superiors.But none of this is the probelm to not join in any company. Just take a positive attitude towards ur work.

As an employee of Infosys I can say it is one of the best and employee friendly company. I enjoy my life a lot in Infosys. In my project I turn off my computer at 6:30pm. No work in weekends.

The bench policy has been changed to zero bench now. Trainees are getting mapped to project immediately after completion of training or withing 2-3 weeks.
