Heya. Hm this wont work for me.. if I do like this the output video-file is still 16:9 with a 9:16-square in the middle of the video :D What am I doing wrong?:) Thanks!

try using "scale" instead of "zoom" mate, i had the same issue as you and had to figure it out myself hope it helps

Thanks for the help, but you forgot a step. You also have to click the stretch to aspect ratio in order for it to work.
