He has greatly excelled in helping the less fortunate and from this a group of people ganged up to bring him down.
They planned on using his daughter, whom he sired out of wedlock and before he got married.
Unknown to them he was well supporting the girl and his wife was aware of her even before she got married to him.
After this Karangu introduced his daughter to the world through his influencial social media accounts.
He has also received backlash from his good work in that he is the one killing the children he is assisting. This is because the cases brought to him seeking help and extremely sick and some of them pass on during the fundraising period.

Let's correct something. We do not help our children. We take responsibility because we sired them or chose them in a case of adoption. It is never a favour to the child or the other parent. In this case "nikurera areraga". I notice we use help and therefore we avoid our obligations. Help is choice but obligation is a MUST do. We are obliged to bring up our children until they become adults after which we help them... out of choice because they are adults.

This man of God really touches me and many times I've no words to Express what he does with his fans. If I remember a very resent episode where a hawker found him at the side of the road coming from a funeral to sell biscuits and soda and became a blessing and changed her life. People of God as much as you can talk trash sometimes give credit where it's due just my opinion. I've been observing this guy, especially while mc-ing,I pray he won't fall into the hands of politicians,it's very hard in Kenya,to be up there,coz it's a must you interact with them,and you really need wisdom,to overcome their temptations.bishop gakuyo was a good man,but politicians ruined him,karangu we pray for protection,may God hide you under His wings.
