1994 in a Baptist church with a visiting Irish preacher named Keith Gerner. I was depressed, going through an awful divorce AND I had just been diagnosed with degenerative arthritis of the spine & told I would be in a wheelchair in 10 years.
Well, I’m not in a wheelchair.
The man gave a “Word of Knowledge” & all I know was as soon as he gave the signal to come up to the alter, I RAN. I wanted to be healed from depression.
I didn’t even MENTION my spine.
The man of God asked me several times, “what’s wrong with your back?” I only spoke of the depression, not my spine! “Oh!! My BACK!?!” (How did he know? I thought.)
I finally told him about the recent doctor visits & diagnosis with X-rays & all.
That day, because of the Word of Knowledge operating, I KNEW it was God telling him. The next thing I knew I had lost my strength to stand under the power of God presence. I didn’t “fall out” and no one touched me, until he said, “pick he back up!!” He spoke healing over me AGAIN. Then I crumpled again and couldn’t stop crying the “ugly cry.”
I lost track of what happened after that, but several weeks went by & I realized I could turn my head without pain so I went back to the same doctor. They examined me & did X-rays again. He announced I had a perfect spine.
I didn’t even ASK or SEEK healing. I was just crying out to God because I needed Him. How merciful He was to me!

My son (my youngest of 6) was healed from severe autism that he was diagnosed with at the age of 3, He had the kind that he was born with, He was so severe he couldn't keep his clothes on ,eat anything but rice cereal ,would bang his head on the floor and wall and would only stay in one room of our house and so much more..along with all the usual symptoms of autism. God showed me to start believing a day at a time to see small changes every single day..the devil attacked my son and I discovered he was being sexually and physically abused by a 'caregiver'.He was healed from all the trauma of that too ..over his life he began to improve a little at a time every day... He graduated from special classroom to be able to learn in a typical class..When he reached high school he was released from special services completely and was diagnosed "normal with minor autistic tendencies"..He is about to turn 20 and serves God with His whole heart and has spiritually grown and matured in the Lord in his young life more than i did in knowing God for the many years I did! ..,I know that the final thing will be him interacting with people a little easier..God continues to do great things in him and I know He has a plan and a purpose for his life! He will finish what He has begun! Keep believing and trusting in the Lord ..He is faithful to His Word and WILL come through for you!

I went to see Katherine in L.A. well over 50 years ago when I was a young boy to be healed of deafness. Nothing happened then and still nothing after many other attempts. I couldn't feel G-d's presence anymore and I didn't care too much at that point. I stopped going to Chuch as I call it. Stopped watching TV as a whole. Yes even my favorites The Word channel Daystar and any other Christ based channel. I would get to a point with churches and feel stalled! It seemed like every one I went to either kept recycling the same message
(then I find out about copyrights) or They never laid their hands on the sick. Or anointing with oil. Or was so fancy that no one could speak with its pastors. They always worshipped pagan things and preached feel good messages. Pay your tithes get a blessing. Thou shalt not rob G-d😳I have bailed on a few choirs in my short chuch life. I started at 5 or 6😌
Thanks to Aunts and uncles. Easter speeches and all.. Then finding Passover😧! Lord have mercy🙏Then came the rest of the feast Ive heard pastors read about or over many times, yet we never honored them. Ok Back to JPJ! I decided to watch some reruns of charmed and John Paul Jackson was on Daystar. I flashed by it but his face stood out some how. So I went back.. It was about the pastors throwing hachets at the moon. Women in their churches miscarrying. As they attempted to fight in a realm that was not their arena!
My real life at the time of miscarriage😧😰😪 Shook me to my core. I bawled up in fetal position and cried til I had no more tears.. And Now This! I did not come for healing. I was about to look up a how to video! I believe! YET so do demons! I just said I wanted Nothing to do with a ministry. Have not been to a place of worship for any thing more than a funeral in over 10 years. I have a mouth that speaks what is so😬 and a heart that is filled with pain regrets offences set ups let downs disappointment fear and double mindedness! At this point I'm like the Before Billy🏃🏃🏃🏃🏃🏃. Thank Y'all though. You are inspiring and a gift given for this darkened world. I just wish G-d's people would do like the city of Nineveh and TURN BACK TO OUR MOST HIGH! Yes He is ALMIGHTY and UNCHANGING. But I dont know how he deals with my mess and I don't want to know. Jesus never passed around an offering bag after His Healing Crusades, so what gives 'the faith healers' the right to collect offering?
Besides, I haven't come across even one medically documented claim of healing or raising from the dead!
I have been blindly chasing 'prophets' and 'word of faith' teaching' for the last fifteen years, I can see that this is nothing but 'a religious business'!

Some people have experienced when they say I am healed by the stripes of Jesus. But other people don't. I wonder why. If healing is for everyone by the stripes of Jesus then why not.all people healed. Or this is exaggeration in the bible.
The Gospel:
Plain and
Simple
“But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent
beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your
minds should be corrupted from the simplicity
that is in Christ.” - 2 Corithians 11:3
Ask someone today if they are saved and
you will most likely hear responses like these:
“I have accepted Jesus into my heart.” Or “I
have made him Lord of my life.” “I’ve been
baptized.” “I said a prayer.” Sounds all good
and churchy don’t it; but it is difficult to de-termine whether or not a person actually
knows the gospel that saves them. These useless phrases don’t describe a thing about what
the gospel is and has left a devastating effect
of people not knowing what it is that they are
saved from nor how they are saved; which
leaves a more serious effect of people questioning their salvation.
Let’s not muddy the simplicity of salvation that is in Christ with vague church
sounding phrases that do not communicate
anything. But rather present God’s word with
clarity and assuredness. So here is the gospel:
plain and simple.
Sin was passed upon all men by one man
Adam, and death is a consequence of this sin
(Rom 5:12). Mankind has an eternal destiny of
condemnation and wrath - Hell - because of
this sin (Rom 6:23). No matter what good
works one might do we are still found sinners
in the sight of our Creator God. And all unrighteousness and those who follow get indignation and wrath. We cannot be found
righteous for by God’s law we are found sinners (Rom 3:19-20). If we have broken even
one law we are found guilty.
It is for this reason of not being able to
create our own righteousness and being born
in a sinful flesh that we need a savior (Titus
3:5). Christ is that Savior, God manifested in
the flesh, sinless, died in our place on a cross
2000 years ago. Taking upon him the wrath
and judgement that was intended for us sinners. And it is through his bloodshed, burial,
and resurrection on our behalf that we are
able to have peace with God and forgiveness
of our sins (1 Cor 15:1-4, Col 3:14). This good
news is unto all but only those that believe in
it are made righteous in Christ (Romans
3:22).
It is then after we have heard this good
news of Christ’s righteousness available to us freely, that we are sealed with the Holy Spirit
and we are now part of Christ’s body the
church (Eph 1:13)
There is nothing that we need to do, no
good works that are required, and no bad
works that can separate us from our new position in Christ (Romans 8:35-39).
Faith and belief in this information from
God’s word is the gospel.
The gospel is not accepting Jesus into your
heart. The gospel is not making him lord of
your life, it is not saying a prayer and it is not
being baptized with water.
So next time someone asks you if you are
saved. Give them the clear assured answer
“Yes! And let me tell you why!
