I don't think the green tiles are cursed, I think it is the table setup. See, you have a blue table, green tiles, and a green riichi stick: all cool colors. So while your plays are hot, the table is cooling them down causing a loss in the end. Its perfectly logical really.
I undestood that reference. Modest is a pokemon nature that raises special attack but reduces the attack stat. It's a particularly good nature for pokemon that need special attack but don't need attack at all.

My folding game is now stronger than ever, and while sometimes you have to push (I want to score this mangan for a comeback 3rd isn't enough PLEASE), you just have to know when to throw away your crappy hands. Great question! Basically, I get a yakuman if I win this hand whether or not I call riichi, and I don’t want to call riichi in this instance because I don’t want to give anyone else a reason to start playing defensively :) hope this helps!
@@YusongYT Yesterday, I made a Thirteen Orphans in Mahjong and declared Riichi because people, being on the defensive, tend to discard winds and dragons. I feel like no one would suspect you're going for a tile that has already been discarded twice. Although, unfortunately, it was your wind, which might make them a bit suspicious, but nobody would call Riichi for a single piece, haha. I don't know, I took a risk and won :) In my case, I was missing a Green Dragon
I also pay for TH-cam premium, I share with my family and we all split the bill and it's perhaps my favourite long term purchase as I absolutely hate ads 😅
