It's a sword that can't be blocked, gives the wielder power over wind and any one interrogated with it at their neck will always answer truthfully, hence the Answerer nickname. There will likely be better phones with a better frame rate acknowledgement by the time Shimosa comes out in NA. Now, whether or not you'll have the money to purchase said phone is beyond my knowledge.

He can solo some stuff without grails for sure. the really crazy hard stuff tho you want grails for. if you don't grail him tho you can always use him as a last stand unit in the 6th spot on a normal team.
What if sabee cu has these skills. Skill 1 - evade for 5 times,increases atk by 30% Skill 2 - invulnerability for 1 turn,increase def by 30% for 3 turns. Skill 3 - guts (2 times for 3 turns),increase crit gen and gather by 100%. If he has these skills,he will be the best servant in game.
