Gearing Perspective for new players as a vet (read top Description)

I know the weapons are "out of date" but they have swaps at level 46 with golden cards, so hence why didn't we swap the weapons.
This guide is just a rough overview of what I'd do to improve gear from a new guildie's perspective. Please note that gearing in this game can be done in any way, shape, or form, as many people do different things to progress their leveling.
