Today the dispute is closed, after I made the video I decided to dispute this transaction with my bank. They needed proof it’s fake by 2 authorized places to say in writing. Polo customer service text line proved it and I screenshoted it and my moms business proved it as well which she wrote a paragraph explaining how it is fake merchandise, with a picture of her business card and her signature. It took a while but now the temporary money the bank put on my credit card is permanent. And I get a free counterfeit polo hoodie,.. yippie🙄

I just received my toteme scarf Monday and I am almost sure it is a fake. The tag is almost only in Chinese and what's more crazy is that I paid more than what they show on the paper invoice they included in the package. 95 EURO difference.

I believe them to be authentic, but there' a catch. I ordered a pink Stella Mc Cartney crepe silk blouse from them a few weeks a go. Arrived the next day (I live near Italy), but it arrived without the button, so I was pissed off. I returned it (the paid shipping costs here in the EU). They returned one with the button. I often buy silk crepe and Stella Mc Cartney too. All the tags and buttons said Stella Mc Cartney. Nothing at all suspicious about it.
Now here's the catch: What I do suspect, and I 'd like someone to verify this, is that I have an inkling that Cettire also stocks much more stuff clothes made for outlets than other sites I frequently shop from like Farfetch, MyTheresa etc, which I believe is how they keep a lot of their prices down. For instance, on the Farfetch website, another blouse I wanted from Moschino claimed it was made from 100% silk, whereas the same exact item on the Cettire was a whopping 60Euros cheaper and the site claimed it was made of 100% viscose (at least they didn't lie). I suspect it's been made for the Moschino outlets, hence the reason we get the cheaper version with inferior materials sometimes. Because that's what outlets do. They cut corners.

CETTIRE is just the umbrella for the small luxe shops that ship to them. They definitely need better quality control, it’s not their stock that they’re selling, they’re the middleman. I had decent luck with my first return but I think mostly because I did it via their app but they are SLOW for sure!!! Thanks for sharing your experience! I bought from Versace and Dolce on their site and had a good experience experience but now I bought a handbag and it’s took a while for them to confirm and ship so I may do an unboxing vid once it gets here
CETTIRE actually sells real stuff because I bought a Gucci bag and I went to a Gucci store months later with that bag and the employee Authenticated it for me because I wanted to see if it was real and the guy was like “yes it’s real” in a whispering voice because they can’t really authenticate other people products from other places if it’s not there store…. But yes he did authenticated for me anyways on the low and said it was real

Cettire sells deep fakes. You got a Fucci handbag not a Gucci handbag. And Gucci's employee probably told you it was a real hangbag to make you feel better about yourself so he could upsell you on some jeans or something.

Cettire is authentic BUT shipping is terrible and customer service is WORST. I purchased Golden Goose sneakers & they were delivered to California, I live in Virginia. I’ve been trying to get a refund for over a month, there are better sites to deal with. Buyer beware!

Hey I placed 2 order for them and one was a women’s top which looked off and the material seemed so thin for the price. Then I ordered a pair of Saint Laurent Tribute sandals, and received them today, they and looked so inauthentic and fake. When I tried to start my refund with them it said unable to return contact customer service. I raised hell until they sent it to me. That’s bs and they just sat there read my emails and ignored them until I told them I already reported the issue to my bank and was about to take it further. I will never order from them again

Do any of the tags say what system does polo use for the verification? i know that stone insland uses certilogo that after a certain number of scans they will start scanning as fake since the ones making makes will copy the QR code to ""pass"" verification, just asking since if it does not implement that, higher quality fakes could have a possible a QR code that shows as a false positive
At this point it’s been such a long time since the video was made that It’s not new anymore. I have a dog so I use that fake one for fuck around since I don’t care if it gets fur on it and use my real ones for non dog fur occasions. Lol I don’t know what the tag says anymore. Sorry

They ain't that legit in terms of honesty. They simply refused to send me the correct item I paid a a certain price they listed. The reshipped item is also expectedly incorrect . To a point that I gave up and settled for the shit they send me. Do not buy from them coz they don't understand luxury and e commerce .

Dispute it with the bank. They’ll need proof by 2 authorized businesses saying it’s fake. I would get the company who makes it to say in writing that it’s fake through an email or hotline text like I did & if you want send pics to me of the merchandise I’ll have my mom write that it’s fake for you.

Should I refuse to receive the goods? Can the money be refunded?, or receive the goods and prove them to be fake as you say. Cettire is not authentic.. they are very high level fakes. Only way to tell is get the same product and compare and you will notice the minor details in stitching, color and fabric material. Almost identical but not. They even print the same serial number but you will notice it’s a slightly a different font..
