Belle Doesn't Have Stockholm Syndrome

So I keep hearing Beauty and the Beast be an example for Stockholm Syndrome. Only problem is, that isn't something that ever happens in the movie.
So here's my evidence for why that's wrong! Enjoy my ranting!
