    BAKED PEACH MANGO PIE
    Ingredients:
    For the filling:
    500g canned peaches, cut into cubes
    500g ripe mangoes, cut into cubes
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup cornstarch
    For the crust:
    4 cups all purpose flour
    1/3 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 cup (225g) cold butter
    8 to 12 tablespoons ice cold water
    Egg wash for brushing:
    1 egg yolk
    2 tablespoons milk
    1 teaspoon sugar
    pinch of salt
    *Bake frozen pies in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes or until golden
    *You can add 2-4 tablespoons water while cooking the filling if it dries out
    *You can also deep fry them but the color and texture of the crust is better when baked
