      How do you try something more than once? You’ve already tried it…

    • @Andy_M.S.c
      @Andy_M.S.c 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@moegreene3630 Because I forgot a lot about it, I just remembered that I liked it.
      Also, you can try multiple times at something, English doesn't mandate that trying something be done just once. Trying for the first time yes, but for example you can try and fail at learning something multiple times.

    I tried this the last time i was in LA and i haven't been able to get it out of my head, it has such an addictive crunch. Too bad jelly fish isnt the easiest protein to get where i live.

    Question: Is it mandatory to soak the jellyfish for 5 hours? What is the difference between doing that and me washing and using it straight out of the package?

    • @MissChineseFood

      Hi, Ben. Becuase I don't use the fresh jellyfish because I am not near the seaside. I use the marinated jellyfish to make this salad that I need to soak them to remove the salt from the jellyfish.

      I bet he brought the salted jellyfish, which is super salty. You have to soak it for hours to make sure it is edible before you cook.

      @@MrZhenxing i was told the same it requieres a special salt to maks it edible.... Wondering what would happen if this step is not taken and eaten straight after boiling it

      It’s salty if you don’t soaked with water

    Don't jellyfish sting? Do you use a specific type of jellyfish?

    • @MissChineseFood

      Hi, I use the salt jellyfish which had been handled by the seafood factory.

    Saw fresh jellyfish head in a bucket of water once. Had no idea what to do with it, so didn't buy it. I regret that decision.

    • @MissChineseFood
      @MissChineseFood  16 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      We should buy it on the food market. Only few jellyfish can be eaten.
