Way to go Derek. Late happy thanksgiving. Very busy working on the farm. I just finished building my temporary battery rack for my new lithium batteries.
I think your feeder tube is on upside down, that flap should hang down. I have the same model and I really appreciate your video. the motor is still good on mine, but drive shaft or those hammers are making a mighty strange noise after I have been beating on it. So your taking yours apart was really helpful to watch. I think I took it apart the opposite way and the way you did it, I would of got right to those hammers and cutting blades. The way I took it apart was a bear and I still had no real good way of taking out those blades to sharpen. So thanks for great video!
He had to us a puller to remove blade plate. He called it a punch i would like to know what he used because mine is seized on with nothing to pry against
I think these things are just a situation where a company buys a bunch and slaps a sticker on them. I’d try to find generic parts. I’m pretty sure I’ve found them before.
I got that same model. Man, the carb on that thing is finicky, I've had to yank it apart several times already to clean it, just to get it to start. I also dislike how small the chips are, I wish I could enlarge the gap between the blade and hammers to make bigger chips.

Those chipper blades seem dull to me. In my experience working on chippers and with them, when sharp the chipper should almost pull the stick in.
I think I need new ones too.
Dam good job.
The shredder blade.
The whole thing is not worth it,i bought a new motor but the rest is rusted the housing etc
