Maybe a day/night cycle? So you can decide to wait until nighttime to carry out a raid when the enemy has less awareness. Could be really cool for a long campaign mode.
So glad stickmen trenches is back! How about adding close quaters combat in some way...like an option if you want to rush normally or with close quaters combat.
Yeah or like a base upgrade which adds a barack and spawns units automatically then you can upgrade the barack which goes from single unit to two units to squads with different units randomly random units each spawn
A new unit type would be nice. A guy with a lot of health or a lower chance of not getting hit (however that works), but he would have like a shield or something with a pistol who is slow and deals minimal damage or lower chance to hit. Another idea is to have smaller but specific skill trees for units, like it would only have like 2 or 3 skills, but the third one would be more drastic such as the rifleman it would spawn two instead of one, or something like that.
SUGGESTION: I feel like you should switch the speed upgrade with the first body armor upgrade. Then maybe have the first body armor upgrade slow down the troops, then the speed upgrade brings them back up to speed and a little faster than normal speed
It would have been cool if you added so you could research mortars as a compliment to the machine gun. Maybe you could decide when building a machine guy whether you wanna have a machine gun or a mortar

Actually, on a more serious note, maybe some sort of hero unit system, like an upgrade so that instead of getting regular officers, you get veteran officers, who instead of buying the rank when they enlisted (which was what rich families did when their sons enlisted), have officers who were promoted on the battlefield, so they could have different weapons, instead of just pistols, and maybe they could have random upgrades attached to them that they will give to nearby soldiers. Maybe you could also add a morale system, so if troops keep dying without a victory, morale goes down, but you get a victory like taking a trench or taking down a machine gun , or having officers around, morale goes up, and veteran officers are better at raising morale than regular officers. Maybe you could have something in the upgrades gui that costs money that you give to the troops to cheer them up , like for the Germans it could be chocolate and for the British it could be tea.
I think having general upgrades like spawning speed for all units should be a tree, then the specialists you pick, then arty, and tanks. In addition I think has masks should be an upgrade in the general tree
skill tree suggestions. golden bullet: has a chance to do triple the damage to whatever your shooting at fire fight: flamethrowers do 30% more damage and do extra burn damage
idea: if give the commander orders, order back to be able to go that will be nice. If your atacking a trench where, more soldiers are coming so you can go back.
Could have an ultimate unit branch where you could choose wether the riflemen spawn in groups of 3 or one that throws molaktove cocktails. With shotguns you could have a juggernaut Which would be a slower speed but super tanky or lightweight weapons wich increases speed and fire rate. The flamethrowers could have a sort of napalm artillery upgrade, where instead of spread they fire long-range explosives that leave behind fire or they could be equipped with gass denying an area after firing. The sniper could have a gilly suit decreasing the chance to be hit or longer range scope increasing rang and accuracy, the light machine gun could have the bunker down ability increasing defensive purpose or swap it for an smg for more firepower in no-mans' land. The officer could gain passive abilities such as Indoctrinate, giving slight fire rate increase and accuracy or First aid, being able to revive 10% of all units that die in the trench and heal the wounded back up to 75% of damage taken in no man's land
Maybe add a system similar to Bloons Tower Defenses Monkey Knowledge. A special tree you can turn on and off full of unique and sometimes goofy upgrades.
i have a unit suggestion pls add other skills like "decoy" where they make snipers miss and can only last 3 shots and add 'hold flag" where they can stop at any point instead of them charging and add "war cry" that boosts damage and speed and add a unit that can use a smg simplified version of what i said: add a decoy skill so as rally flag and war cry and a smg unit
maybe add to the tech tree increase chance of another rifleman to spawn and have 3 levels of chance to spawn another rifle and each level will add another 10% of spawning another rifleman like level one: 10% level two: 20% level three: 30%
Perhaps the new unit type could be added as a upgrade. For example, the shotgunners could be upgraded to trench raiders, fast units that have low chances to be hit by enemy fire, and maybe melee combat could be a thing in the game, with shotgunners, raiders excelling in cqb, with the raiders having a melee weapon. Bayonets on the rifles could also be used.

have trench combat so normal units storm the trench and do mealy combat but chosen units hold back and provide support . also have different Countries have deferent units and stats. as in only the Americans had shot guns and they had great small arms so make them better at Assaulting. only the Germans had flamethrowers butt they only had a few tanks so make them more expensive. the British had the best bolt action rifle of ww1 and they had lots of tanks so make infantry fire faster and tanks cheaper for them. the French had bad mgs and tanks butt were the best at defending so take that into consideration. the Russa had lots of men so Maby cheap infantry.
Have a split tree for the machine gunners where they either have boosted damage when defending a trench( barrel shield) or get heavy armor like the heavy gunner from Battlefield 1
Suggestion: Paratroopers - can only be deployed behind enemy trenches. They are riflemen and shotgunners with somebody armour and maybe extra health and damage? An ability just like artillery.

I think there should be a gas mask upgrade system where you can buy better an better gas masks. Meaning if you have the max gas mask upgrade maybe it's a 80% survivability rate.
Suggestion, make a small toggle button on a soilder card in the left bottom corner, and if toggled it will auto buy the solder type when you have enough money.
Add secret research ability that you have to complete certain quests to be able to unlock or research and make it where you can unlock different level gasses and the only way to counter is by upgrading your gas masks.

Imagine a custom unit, where you can decide what weapon, armor and other benefits they get, but the stronger the unit the more it costs. Also the ability to queue up units for immediate purchase would be nice so you don't have to wait.

I still think you should give them the ability to do melee combat when they get close since riflemen have bayonets on their rifles. Maybe you can give them the ability to do a bayonet charge on the enemy.
I think it would be great (and historically accurate) if you added a bayonet Charge ability in the Research tree, where when a rifleman is close enough, they will charge the enemy at double speed and Stab. Suggestion: add trenches behind the enemy base and have another base behind the 2nd trenches therefore there are more bases and more play time in one game. it could vary from each difficulty
Maybe to save the upgrades in the research tree only when the battle was won by the player? Then it makes some meaning like "you gained experience and opened new technologies during a battle and as you won, you're been able to bring this knowledge back to the main headquarters"?
You should add a paratrooper tree it costs medals to unlock them and they are weaker then rifle men but any trench that is behind them they will go to but if it’s not a enemy trench they will go towards it. P.S they are weaker when they go from they front but from the back they have increased accuracy and damage basically a surprise attack.
what about team battles, two-a-side? Also maybe you can add specialties to your army that buffs different units so that you can choose to have a mainly sniper based army, or a bayonet charge style army

Tank upgrades: LVL 1, faster treads, upgrades speed (20% faster). LVL 2, more gears, upgrades speed again (40 - 50% faster). LVL 3, high explosive rounds, more damage to tanks and slightly larger splash damage (20-25% more damage and 30% more AOE). LVL 4, flame resistant armor, tanks take less damage from flamethrowers (35-50% less damage). Artillery upgrades: LVL 1, normal and precision artillery is more compact (20% less spread). LVL 2, normal and precision artillery are more compact (35-45% less spread). LVL 3, artillery cooldowns take less time (15% less cooldown). LVL 4, gas has a larger area (20-35% more AOE). You may change values as you want and change the values, these are just basic ideas that I think would be cool for the game.
Aura buffs for officers that can be unlocked but only one or two used at a time? Like improved accuracy, better defense when in trenches, or maybe a buff that makes abilities go off more often? Like more grenade use, more sticky fire from flame throwers, maybe double shot or knock back on shot gunners? Oooh! What about a sniper upgrade that makes them prioritize special units or machine gunners?
I saw a glitch where after your men would die they would receive gasmasks from the enemy officers. Also, what you should do armor wise if you are looking to be faction specific would be to make the allied armies armor upgrades and boots olive green, and leave the central powers armor the color they already are.
How about a fieldgun taht spawns at HQ and gets dragt to the front by the next Unit that spawns and will also get mand by that Unit. It can shoot at Infantery and Tanks but the gunner can be shot and the next Unit that gets close to the gun will man it. Of cours the gun can also get killed. Btw this is an artillery Upgrade.
(research tree) High Explosive Shells (increases tank damage, gives MG tanks mini-explosions on shot impact), and then after that: High Explosive Armor Piercing Shells (i dont know if i spelled that right), anyway. HEAP shells increase tank damage even more, and on MG tank gives 10% chance to ignore enemy armor.
you should add a bullet tree and there can be incendiary, armor piercing, and tracer bullets in the tree. the incendiary can do more damage towards tanks, armor piercing can penetrate body armor, and tracer can have a higher chance of hitting in the night
can you make some different gas sorts like mustard gas or chlorine gas (the colours are different and the chance of killing a soldier with a gas mask increases)
Here's my suggestion: a sapper unit - he repairs the trench he's in (maybe 1 sandbag/30seconds?) and has an axe for attacking. Keep the limited number of troops available, though - players have to decide if they want a sapper or an officer, an officer or a sniper, etc. with the option to spend stars/medals to change the choice
An idea for the gas mask part of the tech tree: Fire retardant armor: Takes an extra second for flame based attacks to kill troops (This would be after gas masks) Internal cooling systems (For tanks): Tanks take no fire damage (This would be after fire retardant armor)
On the tech tree you should at bayonets for the riflemen. Then you should add trench whistle for the officer, the whistle has a cool down but it means all rifle men go over the top with a 30% speed increase. But the riflemen can only use their bayonets meaning it has to get close and personal. I would love it Baron if you could see one of my comments!
A day/night cycle would be really cool with wether conditions changing constantly, not just being preset, also maybe add some more gore given that ww1 was pretty brutal
In Stickman Trenches u should make a Paschendale map with mud everywhere and generally movement speed incredibly slow. Also units in this map should have a timer before they spawn because of the problems they had in ww1 with the resupply in this battle. U should also add outpost u can build on trench positions which can let units spawn at that trench rather then at the starter base.
I've got a feature for the tanks you could add: The tanks can't go trough sand saccs, so the base is gotta be bommd, or you could just bom it yourself. But then your men don't die The tanks can hold still to defend a trench
Reinforced trenches countered by some kind of sapper unit would be cool, maybe a minefield that has to be dug up? Also a disease/infection system and a medic unit would be awesome.
early gas masks had a bad influece on the stamina of infantry men, mayby an on off switch for gasmasks or an atomatic reaction near poisonus gas, but they give reduced speed by 10- 15%.
Mod Support would be great to get in at some point Would also be interesting to see if there could be a optional squad style system, like how in Warfare 1944 and Warfare 1917 (Or was it 1914?) Your guys would be in squads that moved around, taking casualties and the sort and having abilities, Would be interesting (and more realistic) to see as maybe a option or a gamemode. Also being able to Lock certain units into a Trench or select to send only certain units Out like the Warfare Games
I think is that tank upgrade to reinforce tanks and an upgrade that can add machine gunner on top of the tanks and a upgrade that can add anti tank traps on trenches
Tank upgrade ideas: Flame tank, artillery tank, armor tank, tank speed. New unit, engineers, can repair hq, plant mines, detect mines, and repair active tanks.

what about team battles, two-a-side? Also maybe you can add specialties to your army that buffs different units so that you can choose to have a mainly sniper based army, or a bayonet charge style army

Tank upgrades:
LVL 1, faster treads, upgrades speed (20% faster).
LVL 2, more gears, upgrades speed again (40 - 50% faster).
LVL 3, high explosive rounds, more damage to tanks and slightly larger splash damage (20-25% more damage and 30% more AOE).
LVL 4, flame resistant armor, tanks take less damage from flamethrowers (35-50% less damage).
Artillery upgrades:
LVL 1, normal and precision artillery is more compact (20% less spread).
LVL 2, normal and precision artillery are more compact (35-45% less spread).
LVL 3, artillery cooldowns take less time (15% less cooldown).
LVL 4, gas has a larger area (20-35% more AOE).
You may change values as you want and change the values, these are just basic ideas that I think would be cool for the game.
Aura buffs for officers that can be unlocked but only one or two used at a time? Like improved accuracy, better defense when in trenches, or maybe a buff that makes abilities go off more often? Like more grenade use, more sticky fire from flame throwers, maybe double shot or knock back on shot gunners? Oooh! What about a sniper upgrade that makes them prioritize special units or machine gunners?
I saw a glitch where after your men would die they would receive gasmasks from the enemy officers. Also, what you should do armor wise if you are looking to be faction specific would be to make the allied armies armor upgrades and boots olive green, and leave the central powers armor the color they already are.
How about a fieldgun taht spawns at HQ and gets dragt to the front by the next Unit that spawns and will also get mand by that Unit. It can shoot at Infantery and Tanks but the gunner can be shot and the next Unit that gets close to the gun will man it. Of cours the gun can also get killed. Btw this is an artillery Upgrade.
(research tree) High Explosive Shells (increases tank damage, gives MG tanks mini-explosions on shot impact), and then after that: High Explosive Armor Piercing Shells (i dont know if i spelled that right), anyway. HEAP shells increase tank damage even more, and on MG tank gives 10% chance to ignore enemy armor.
you should add a bullet tree and there can be incendiary, armor piercing, and tracer bullets in the tree. the incendiary can do more damage towards tanks, armor piercing can penetrate body armor, and tracer can have a higher chance of hitting in the night
can you make some different gas sorts like mustard gas or chlorine gas (the colours are different and the chance of killing a soldier with a gas mask increases)
An anti aircraft trait would be cool where that the enemy has a 10-20% chance of getting their artillery shot down
Here's my suggestion: a sapper unit - he repairs the trench he's in (maybe 1 sandbag/30seconds?) and has an axe for attacking.
Keep the limited number of troops available, though - players have to decide if they want a sapper or an officer, an officer or a sniper, etc. with the option to spend stars/medals to change the choice
Idea: upgradeble tanks and bases. Upgrading tanks fights better, upgrading bases has more Hp and damage.
Something that could be cool is that when you drop a gas you see/hear a plane that drops it and flies away.

When the troops get new armor it would look great if your troops on your base also get armor
An idea for the gas mask part of the tech tree:
Fire retardant armor: Takes an extra second for flame based attacks to kill troops (This would be after gas masks)
Internal cooling systems (For tanks): Tanks take no fire damage (This would be after fire retardant armor)
A vehicle that has units inside max 15
On the tech tree you should at bayonets for the riflemen. Then you should add trench whistle for the officer, the whistle has a cool down but it means all rifle men go over the top with a 30% speed increase. But the riflemen can only use their bayonets meaning it has to get close and personal.

A day/night cycle would be really cool with wether conditions changing constantly, not just being preset, also maybe add some more gore given that ww1 was pretty brutal

In Stickman Trenches u should make a Paschendale map with mud everywhere and generally movement speed incredibly slow. Also units in this map should have a timer before they spawn because of the problems they had in ww1 with the resupply in this battle. U should also add outpost u can build on trench positions which can let units spawn at that trench rather then at the starter base.
I am definitely buying it
I've got a feature for the tanks you could add:
The tanks can't go trough sand saccs, so the base is gotta be bommd, or you could just bom it yourself. But then your men don't die
The tanks can hold still to defend a trench
Reinforced trenches countered by some kind of sapper unit would be cool, maybe a minefield that has to be dug up? Also a disease/infection system and a medic unit would be awesome.
early gas masks had a bad influece on the stamina of infantry men, mayby an on off switch for gasmasks or an atomatic reaction near poisonus gas, but they give reduced speed by 10- 15%.
Mod Support would be great to get in at some point
Would also be interesting to see if there could be a optional squad style system, like how in Warfare 1944 and Warfare 1917 (Or was it 1914?) Your guys would be in squads that moved around, taking casualties and the sort and having abilities, Would be interesting (and more realistic) to see as maybe a option or a gamemode.
Also being able to Lock certain units into a Trench or select to send only certain units Out like the Warfare Games
I think is that tank upgrade to reinforce tanks and an upgrade that can add machine gunner on top of the tanks and a upgrade that can add anti tank traps on trenches
Maybe medics that increase nearby troops survivability to bullets and an upgrade that makes them pull up gun faster?
