I was out there on Saturday afternoon, had to rest the shoulders on Sunday. These king tides have been creating some crazy currents. I was pulled from VFW's, past Noriega in about 90 minutes.
It was so damn heavy on Saturday..I got denied 4x on Saturday, I was so humiliated.😤hurts when my friends were out there bangin shit..but Sunday I had my vengeance 😀
I agree, my friend saw my struggles and on the car ride he he gave my some great pieces of info that I didn’t consider for my duck dive. It helped a bunch

A few buddies and I were on the south end..shit was so sickkkk ..one of my friends got his board snapped in half, my other friend got hi plug pulled through the back of his board 5 minutes into the session! 🔥🔥thanks again for posting these, OB is very a special spot so I’m appreciative
I am in N. County San Diego, SO, SO nice to see wave footage and hear the ocean, instead of some of the music I hear on these videos. Maybe, being a pro musician affects my opinion but, thanks for sharing these waves!

Man you need the date and time in the corner like the retro VCRs used to have. Trying to figure out which wetsuit clad figure you are is tricky. Thanks for shooting though, great footage, and a great day.
A whole lot of over gunned middle aged men going straight and struggling to make the drop. What you gonna do though. Looked like there was one goofy kid ripping and loved the regular footed guys delayed straight-line to backhand stall... No barrel but he put in the work. We're you out Saturday afternoon (28th)? Tide dropped and wind still blew offshore. Was a dream.
I agree ..I went out at 8am with friends on the south end, it was really cleaning up and giving it some more pitch when 11 came around. Still so sick! 🔥 especially as we watched near central and north later on during the day after grub
the SUPers are always annoying/irritating even when I am out of the water. lets see how many times can this dude stab the wave with his oar, out stinkbug his other stinkbug buddies

some of these guys look like they are riding way too big of a board, I would just ride my regular step up good wave board, but some of these guys look like they are on hawaii guns

I went from Noriega to Sloat in 90 mins. Saturday felt bigger / heavier than this

It's all about persistence and being able to duckdive effectively. Don't exhaust yourself, it's not a sprint. Just keep chugging along!

It really depends on tides and swell, lately around Pacheco has been pretty decent
