When i was a kid, i always tried to find any way to change the weather like a secret inside the game. (every day trying to find) Till i stoped and unhappy. Its so satisfying to see that weather change now. Like a dream achived.
You can get on the tracks without cheating. Just drive your car next to the wall left from the tracks (near the station) and walk between the car and the wall and then face into the direction of the tracks. This trick works at many walls. You can see it at the end of my Sightseeing in Rio Video with another wall. Can you make a video where you drive with the cheat at the Castillo el Morro in Havanna. There the trick do not work and I always wanted to know if you can drive in the inner ward. Another location that will be interesting is the airfield in Las Vegas (here the trick also do not work).
