The fact that the tower may control the biome shields makes me wonder if they are going to get turned off at some point. Maybe some kind of environmental cataclysm will occur that radically changes the surface of Halpha. That would be neat. Kind of like Phantasy Star II.
Wait..... What if the so-called tower HAS been corrupted by Dark Falz and because the organism is genetically connected to the same viral strand throughout all of the Phantasy Star continuity, what if the tower is attempting to recreate a microcosm of Palma, Motavia, and Dezorus but here on Halpha, something to reproduce the conditions under which the original Dark Falz was awakened?
@@Betsujin True, but at some point you do need to move forward. Also, counter point, don't forget that the climax of the first game included a flying castle followed by a secret dungeon.
I’m late to this party, but there is an also another interesting tidbit from one of Resos team mates. You can except his gathering tasks after unlocking Resos shop. After returning to him for the final task, he explains that in the initial DOLLS assault on the old capital, ARKS actually managed to hold the line, but it was specifically BECAUSE of the deep freeze that they had to abandon it. I think that lends to the theory that whether DF corrupted it, or if DF has always been in control of Halphas systems, it can be used as a weapon in its own right.
@Zeomantic BUDDY. Go to North Kvaris in the A1 grid reference. Look for a little peninsula next to a floater with 4 penguins on it. I just emailed you a map for reference. :)
something you forgot to mention and its canon. its the Arks ended up going back a little bit , the scientist that touched Aincrad topic mention that the scientific comunity have decades facinated by Aincard but "they dont have the technology to reach it". what Arks lost was the technology for space travel and interstellar comunications , i got my main clue back in the defense missions . Why after having OP Mechs in the past, then they ended up using a weird miniguns in the present
@@Zeomantic here's my theory The ARKS on Halpha were an exploration party but lost alot of tech & people in the attack on Kvaris and lost the items they would need to Connect or Return to the fleet Unless the Fleet itself faced a bigger still threat that lead to the current state
@@KudaGeatsune3821 As far as i know , Arks fleet got dismantle as soon the darkers got extinct . After that every city ship went on its own and colonized random planets (Halpha and maybe Vandor are the only known colonies for now) and then almost millenia later they ended up living an age of strife like in warhammer 40K
Couple of things I think are interesting in order. First, its mentioned that the Mags if the Meteorn are more advanced than the ones of the native Halphans making me think the Halphan Mags are just copies that they could piece together and/or stem from designs from before a diaspora event (perhaps what made Kvaris a frozen land) while the Meteorn had Mags from earlier during the fleet years. Second was the scientist in Kvaris (a quest line) that wants a good view of the central floating tower and the "floating islands". When you get to the task marker the floating islands he refers to are actually the moons and planets you could see from day one. So the Halphan scientific community thinks those are just islands in their sky. I thought they were interesting bits. Last is more of a reminder for us all. Dimensional jumping is a thing in this universe like we saw in Episode 4, so the previous Phantasy Star games are fair game for something coming to see us.
Here's MY question to go along with that. What were we doing in those pods all this time? It's been 1000 years since our last journey with the Oracle incarnation of ARKS, right? So, what happened that caused us to be in those pods for so long?

I hope so because it blows and the regions feel unconnected

That sounds like 500 IQ galaxy brain stuff well beyond what the writing team could think of.

Vulcano region doesn't feet into Algol star system. But cool idea.

@@Tquintv We can see volcano region as Palma at the moment of dropping satellite on it in PSII, ha-ha.
Love this series. Thanks, bud!
Cant wait to see Halpha explode due to some weather machine!
Then you have DF taking over Kuran and causing Motavia to go nuts during PSIV.

I wonder what happened to the Oracle fleet between the events of PSO2 and PSO2:NGS.

Did you do a lore thing for retem?
Not yet.
Maybe the goal is to unite the regions and that will weaken dark falz in some way shape or form.
