I laughed when the dumb wall was gated off but then the Too Tough To Die arch....No No No. I feel for you Damo! I love that record, it's my fave Ramones record! Heartbreak..
Great tour Damo! I am a two hour train ride into NYC from where I live, and have been down to the Bowery and Alphabet City many times. Looks like you had a great visit! Was fortunate to catch The Ramones live many times back in the 80's . 1-2-3-4!😎🎶🎤🎸
I got to see the Ramones three times. It could have been four, but I refused to see them when they opened for White Zombie because I thought it was a disgrace that they had to open for anyone, much less White Zombie. I probably should have sucked it up and gone.
Saw The Ramones in Brissie around 1990......Amazing!!!!! 95% of the Punkers & Sk8ers from The Goldie & BrisVegas were there. Forget the name of venue, but was an old theatre/ballroom close to the city & had such a classy space for the mosh of ages
They toured in both 89 and 91. Unfortunately I never got to see them in 89 (too young) but I saw the 91 tour with The Hard-Ons opening. Incredible show!!!
@@TheLongGoneLoserRockShow I saw them quite a few times in my home town Geelong [Geetroit]. what a great 3-piece live act. My brother's band supported them once & my bro got to sit in on the drums for Keish for one or two songs at that Barwon Club gig
@@marksilcock2961 awesome!!!! What’s your bro’s band? We got to support them on their record launch last year which was a blast. Boom Boom Kid also played and were incredible too!
Great video, would love to visit!
It’s an amazing city and I hope you can get there.

I love that record too!!!! It’s such a blast!!! And the gate being closed AND the arch being blocked really was a daytime dilemma!!! 😂

Thanks so much for watching. I appreciate it. NYC is so wild. A crazy place with so much music history there. I was glad to be back.
@TheLongGoneLoserRockShow You bet! There's no place like it 😎
I was there❤
Your Alfred Hitchcock appearances are going to be a thing in these videos.

Yeah you should have but I agree, the Ramones should never ever have had to open for anyone… EVER!

Ridiculous when people / businesses don't allow video. So arrogant and pointless.
Agreed!!!!
