Yes you can. Don't see the need, but if you want to, just right-click an operation, select Operation Data, name your operation, close window. Now when you Hover your cursor over that operation the note you wrote will appear. Thanks for watching!

Helix bore has already been in past versions. Did something inside that change?

Yes, helix bore has been there for a while, but what was added was "Spiral Cut" where it does a (spiral cut) in the XY direction. Thanks for watching
