Would love to see Eric take over Australia with production of items like calcium reactors, kalk reactors, Algae turf scrubbers and Roller mat filters etc. Why wait for imported rubbish when we can have the best right here?
I couldnt agree with you more and hes well on the way there mate! He just needs to clone himself about 10 times 😂😂😂 Ats ✅ Rollermats ✅ Epic sumps ✅ Reactors ✅ Frag racks ✅ Kalk reactor ON THE WAY!!
Lmao love it, your fish and corals will have nutritious acrylic particles, next time use a wet and dry vacuum to suck up the bits while you cut :) hahaha
No offence mate but to all the veiwer. Using a grinder with a safety guard would lesson the chances of the blade exploding and going through your head, would be recommended .
Red Sea comes out and makes a lighter, better in every way Reef Mat. Super nice acrylic work though!
Well the mat got an instant work out, acrylic is shocking stuff to work. Looks clean.

You need to vacuum those acrylic dust particles.
Did vacuum most of it but what was in the water is now gone 👌
Looks great but rather you than me when it comes to cutting so near to water 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Put a gaurd on that grinder. Its there for a reason
Guards are such a pain in the butt 😅
He didn’t lose a finger this time so all good!
@@thecrane9656 seen so many experienced people hurt them selves with a grinder and thats with gaurd fitted
@@graemewelch123 i did joke to eric that i lost a finger 😂 only a funny joke until it happens i suppose…
@@firsttimereefertv1588 you survived to tell the tale.

Thats grinder needs retirement it looks older than me 🤣🤣
Its a family heirloom and belonged to my late father! Ill never let it go!! 😅
@@firsttimereefertv1588 you got a nice clean cut, your late father passed down some quality old tools 👍
I personally would of never been able to put a grinder in a running reef. Those particles will never be removed 100%
There is a decent amount of filter foam on the opposite end of the sump that caught nearly all the particles!

No offence taken at all and yes anyone watching this at home should be safe and have a guard!
good demo of how not to install a roller mat !! like a clueless kid.
Hope your fish didn't eat any of that acrylic.
Filter pad caught most of it at the other end of the sump 👌
Man there's alot of haters in here.
Who honestly would bother with a 200micron rollermat, what a waste of time.
