All kihon shotokan steps first and strile then with tsuki..and it s wrong..on othrr style like shokukai and sankukai we strike begore we finish zenkutsu dashi and so it s more fast and unseen by oppenent

His daughter, Hoshimi is teaching karate now.
IMHO karate needs many more characters & innovators like Asai Sensei to research karate and move it forwards.
