It should be noisy only when drawing water to the tank...any other noise maybe when water heating switch is on(which is very minimal) otherwise if the noise is diff get it checked.

Hi,unfortunately yes! ....no water in the water tank and no electricity means you get the bottle n do it mtungi style!!
