That second fireplace area is actually the official keeping room. The area you called the keeping room is a breakfast nook/kitchenette. Anytime there's a room with a fireplace off the kitchen besides the family/great room it's a keeping room.🙏🏾

I was gonna comment that. He stays calling the breakfast area a keeping room. But yes, you are right. That's definitely the keeping room. A small sitting area in the kitchen thay is.... Some people might call it the morning room as well. Though, the morning room has more of a closed in but outdoor theme to it.
