Nice its budget friendly whole construction for all But this kind of house becomes old within a very few years. Both interior shutters, wood items and exterior get old if the building is not maintained. I have seen many owners who had this kind of taste after a few years even their perception will be changed into simplistic contemporary houses. Especially houses like we can see in the hormony villa in sanjith seetharam photography channel. And zz architect also their design are minimalistic contemporary. Anyway nice house as of now.
