Naruto with just KCM eclipses Sasuke in speed like you wouldn’t believe, and it only gets worse with the likes of KLM, SPSM and the oh so notorious Baryon Mode. Sasuke is in a higher scale of speed in their universe, but Naruto is still king of speed by a VERY significant margin. Sasuke’s Amenotejikara helps him keep up with a full speed Naruto. That’s the bottom line.
