    I tried your curry in my instant pot but used fried onions instead to speed up the cook time. It turned out excellent! In fact I’ve made it a few times now. Thanks!

    nice of you to share this:) instant pot pressure cooker either one are good for this recipe. How would we make it a bit more thicker sauce?

    • @therecipehut
      @therecipehut  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you! You can let the curry simmer for some more time to give it a thicker consistency.

    oh my god i need to get me an instant pot, but after seeing this recipe the pot sold out. the whole 60 acre town baught it!

    That was nicely done. Maybe you should saute for few minutes after adding meat before adding water that will allow the water left in the meat to come out and the dish will turn into nice thick gravy.

    If I want to add more mutton, do I need to add more tomatoes and onions and spices too?

    • @therecipehut
      @therecipehut  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, if you plan to add more mutton and need more curry then you can add more tomatoes and onions accordingly. I would keep the whole spices quantity the same but would increase on salt and other powdered spices except garam masala.

    Should the mutton be boiled first before you put it in the pot? I've seen people do that

    • @therecipehut
      @therecipehut  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      No it’s raw mutton added and then sautéd for a few minutes and then pressure cooked.

    Why did you pressure cook the cilantro? usually you put that right in the end.

    • @therecipehut
      @therecipehut  5 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Adding Cilantro while cooking infuses more flavor into the dish and is added at the end generally for garnishing. I like to add it while cooking and in the end.
